การพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์สู่นวัตกรรมการบริการพยาบาล Develop the Creativity Toward the Nursing Service Innovation

Abstract

นวัตกรรมจะเกิดขึ้นได้จากความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของบุคลากรในองค์กร ถือเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่เพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันได้และทำให้องค์กรประสบความสำเร็จ สำหรับองค์กรพยาบาลผู้บริหารองค์กรพยาบาลควรเตรียมความพร้อมในการส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทั้งของตนเอง และทีมการพยาบาลควบคู่ไปกับการส่งเสริมหรือพัฒนาความสามารถด้านอื่น ๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานบริการพยาบาลให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลซึ่งจะสะท้อนถึงคุณภาพการให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้บริการด้วย ความคิดสร้างสรรค์จึงไม่ได้เป็นเรื่องเฉพาะบุคคลเท่านั้น แต่สภาพแวดล้อมขององค์กร และบริบททางสังคมก็ล้วนแต่เป็นแหล่งที่มาและเป็นตัวเร่งให้พยาบาลเกิดความคิดสร้างสรรค์ได้ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของบุคคล ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ 3 ประการ คือ 1) ความเชี่ยวชาญ 2) ทักษะการคิดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และ 3) แรงจูงใจ ส่วนขั้นตอนของความคิดสร้างสรรค์ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) หาโอกาสและตระหนักถึงปัญหา 2) หาสาเหตุของปัญหา 3) บ่มเพาะความคิดจนตกผลึกนำไปเป็นแนวทางแก้ปัญหา 4) ทดสอบความคิดหรือแนวปฏิบัติใหม่

Innovation occurred from employee’s creativity of organizations which is an important factor in increasing competitive advantage and leading organizations to success. For nursing organizations, nursing executives should prepare in enhancing their creativity and their team nursing along with promoting and developing other abilities to improve and develop the effiiency and effectiveness of nursing service. This will reflct in the quality of services to the clients. Creativity is not only the individual matter but also the corporate environment and social context, all are sources and catalyst for creativity in nursing. Creativity of individual consists of 3 main components of expertise creative thinking skills and motivation. In addition, the creative process consists of four stages: 1) awareness of the opportunities and problem realizations 2) determine the cause of the problems 3) incubate ideas till crystallization which eventually leads to possible solutions 4) test the new ideas or protocols.
