Abstract

รูปแบบการดูแลสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบการจัดบริการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่จะครอบคลุมแบบองค์รวม ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ทุกชุมชนควรมีระบบการดูแลเพื่อสุขภาวะผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน รูปแบบการดูแลนั้นควรมีลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของชุมชนซึ่งจะช่วยลดภาวการณ์พึ่งพิงของผู้สูงอายุลง ดังนั้นรูปแบบการให้บริการในชุมชนสำหรับผู้สูงอายุจึงควรมีการบริการพยาบาล การดูแลที่บ้าน และการดูแลโดยชุมชน ซึ่งรูปแบบการดูแลสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนนั้นมีรูปแบบที่ได้จากการดูแลนอกโรงพยาบาลมีชมรมผู้สูงอายุ มีศูนย์ดูแลช่วงกลางวัน การดูแลที่บ้านในชุมชนจึงมีความสำคัญมีการจัดโดยทีมสุขภาพเป็นส่วนใหญ่ที่ไปติดตามดูแลผู้ป่วยเรื้อรังที่บ้าน หรือให้คำแนะนำเรื่องการดูแลสุขภาพให้แก่ประชาชนกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ในชุมชนที่เป็นรูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนด้วยใจอย่างมีความสุข รูปแบบบริการที่ใส่ใจผู้สูงอายุบุคลากรควรมีใจที่เอื้ออาทรต่อผู้สูงอายุ ผู้ให้บริการที่มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อผู้สูงอายุ และเข้าใจในความสูงอายุ มีความรู้ในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุและมีทักษะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุนอกจากนี้ยังมีประเด็นการ
จัดบริการสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุซึ่งควรคำนึงถึงประเด็นของความเสมอภาค คุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพ ประเด็นเหล่านี้จะช่วยพัฒนาคุณภาพการดูแลสำหรับผู้สูงอายุได้เป็นอย่างดี

The objective of modality of care for older adults in communityis to service design for older adult in holistic care. It is an important for community to set health care system for well-being of older. The modality should have special characteristics of community to decrease dependent older adult. Thus the modality in community for older adult composed of health service, home service, and community service. The modalities of care at outside hospital are showed in day care, older association. The home health care is an important to set in community by health care providers to advice for people in community. The health care providers should have service mind, good attitude in caring, understanding in older adult. Moreover, the issues in health services for older adults should concern in equity, quality and effiiency. These are helpful in quality development for older adult.
