Journal History

The Journal of Fine and Applied Arts, Khon Kaen University, was first established and started its distribution in 2009 by Associate Professor Chalermsak Pikulsri, the Dean of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, who established the journal and also became the editor. The journal has been selected into the TCI database. It got to the 2nd tile in the year 2012. Later, from the year 2016-2019, Associate Professor Niyom Wongpongkham, became the editor. And in the year 2020, the position of editor went to Assistant Professor Burin Plengdeesakul, the Dean of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts. In the 4th journal quality assessment, the Journal of Fine and Applied Arts, Khon Kaen University, was evaluated and remained in the 2nd tile. In the year 2021,  The Journal of Fine and Applied Arts, Khon Kaen University, had asked for the second round of the 4th quality assessment, in which the Journal of Fine and Applied Arts, Khon Kaen University, had been ranked in the 1st tile since January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2024.
