การจัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์ (พ.ศ. 2558-2560) และแผนปฏิบัติการ (พ.ศ. 2558)กองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพท้องถิ่น เทศบาลตำบลภูผาแดงอำเภอหนองวัวซอ จังหวัดอุดรธานี.

Abstract

The purposes of this independent study were to formulate a strategic plan,  to evaluate  knowledge, attitude and satisfaction of nurses regarding formulation a strategic plan 2015 - 2017,and an operational plan of 2015  of  fund for health in local  level of  Phuphadang Municipility, Nong  Wua  So district  Udonthani province. A workshop was conducted in fourty health in local level personnel of the Phuphadang Municipility, Nong  Wua  So district  Udonthani province in to establish a  strategic plan and an operational plan. The study was found that 1.  A  strategic plan 2015 - 2017,and an operational plan of 2015  of  fund for health in local  level of  Phuphadang Municipility, Nong  Wua  So district  Udonthani province. consisted of 5  strategic plans, 11 objectives, and 40 projects. 2. The results of knowledge attitude and satisfaction evaluation of nurses in strategic planning were following: (1) The participant‘s knowledge score at pre and post formulation had high levels (  =20.08, SD=1.66),  =21.88, SD=2.29) respectively and the  participant’s attitude in pre and post formulation had high levels(X =3.65, SD=.22, X =3.74, SD=.11) respectively. (2) The participant’s knowledge and attitude in pre and post formulation were significantly different. (p <0.05). (3) The workshop participant satisfaction in a strategic planning had high levels ( =3.89, SD=.36).
