การรับรู้ความปวดและการจัดการความปวดในผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคธาลัสซีเมีย

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายการรับรู้ความปวดและการจัดการความปวดในผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคธาลัสซีเมีย ศึกษาในผู้ป่วยอายุ 6-15 ปี มารับการรักษาที่แผนกกุมารเวชกรรม โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครราชสีมา คัดเลือกอย่างเป็นระบบจำนวน 135 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจำนวน 79 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคธาลัสซีเมียมีความปวดชนิดเฉียบพลันจากหัตถการร้อยละ 99.3 มีความปวดเรื้อรังร้อยละ 31.1 ความปวดเรื้อรังมีผลต่อการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันของเด็กร้อยละ 67.4 ผู้ป่วยจัดการความปวดด้วยการรับประทานยาลดปวดร้อยละ 73.58 ส่วนผู้ดูแลให้ผู้ป่วยรับประทานยาลดปวดร้อยละ 81.67 พยาบาล/ทีมสุขภาพร้อยละ 81.5 ไม่ใช้เครื่องมือในการประเมินความปวดผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคธาลัสซีเมีย
