บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความกลัวการคลอดและกลวิธีการจัดการความกลัวการคลอดของหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุ 14-19 ปี อายุครรภ์ 28-40 สัปดาห์ มาฝากครรภ์ที่โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ในภาคใต้ ช่วงเดือนมีนาคม-กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2558 จำนวน 390 ราย ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความกลัวการคลอดอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 43.59) โดยมีความกลัวการคลอดชนิดกลัวความปวดมากที่สุด (M=2.57, SD=.78) และส่วนใหญ่มีกลวิธีการจัดการความกลัวการคลอดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 67.44) โดยมีการใช้กลวิธีการจัดการความกลัวการคลอดแบบมุ่งจัดการกับอารมณ์มากที่สุด (M=1.51, SD=.50)
Fear of childbirth and coping strategies for fear of childbirth of adolescent pregnant women
The purposes of this descriptive research were to examine the fear of childbirth and coping strategies for fear of childbirth of adolescent pregnant women. The samples were 14 to 19 years old with gestational age 28 to 40 weeks who attended the prenatal clinic of the central hospitals in the South of Thailand from March to July 2015. Results of the study showed that most of adolescent pregnant women (43.59%) had severe fear of childbirth and most of them had fear about pain (M=2.57, SD=.78). They had moderate level of coping strategy for fear of childbirth (67.44%), and most of them had emotion–focused coping (M=1.51, SD=.50).
