การบริการเอื้ออาทรผู้สูงอายุตามการรับรู้ของผู้สูงอายุที่มารับบริการแผนกอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลชุมชนแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดบึงกาฬ Age-friendly perceived by older persons attended an emergency department of a community hospital, Bueng Kan province

Abstract

            การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริการเอื้ออาทรผู้สูงอายุตามการรับรู้ของผู้สูงอายุที่มารับบริการแผนกอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลชุมชนแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดบึงกาฬ โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดระบบบริการเอื้ออาทรผู้สูงอายุโมเดลมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่สุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง  215 คน เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม 2558 ถึง เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2559 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และ แบบสอบถามการบริการเอื้ออาทรผู้สูงอายุตามการรับรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ พัฒนาโดยผู้วิจัย โดยมีดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามและวัตถุประสงค์ อยู่ระหว่าง 0.60–1.00 ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.95  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ป่วยสูงอายุรับรู้การบริการเอื้ออาทรผู้สูงอายุโดยรวมในระดับมาก (=4.08) เมื่อจำแนกรายด้าน พบว่า การรับรู้ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของแผนกอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

The purposes of this descriptive research was to describe age-friendly perceived by older persons attended an emergency department of a community hospital, Bueng Kan province. Age-friendly Nursing Service System: KKU Model was used as a framework for the study.  A purposive sample of 215 older persons who attended an emergency department of a community hospital were included, during December 2015 to February 2016.

Data were collected via questionnaires: 1) demographic questionnaire and 2) age-friendly services scale as perceived by hospitalized older person developed by researcher. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The Index of Item-Objective Congruence ranged 0.60-1.00. The reliability of the questionnaires were 0.95. The results of the study showed that perception Age-friendly service of participants was all at the high level (=4.08). Moreover, the average scores of age-friendly environment were highest level of perception.
