บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้ เพื่อศึกษานวัตกรรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ทำการศึกษาในกลุ่มพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาล ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พยาบาลมีการพัฒนาและใช้นวัตกรรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มนวัตกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และ กลุ่มนวัตกรรมบำบัดทางการพยาบาล เพื่อจัดการกับปัญหาการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ทั้งนี้ กระบวนการพัฒนาและใช้นวัตกรรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ สะท้อนให้เห็นความต้องการในการพัฒนาต่อยอดให้นวัตกรรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่มีรูปธรรมของการพัฒนา นำไปใช้ และเผยแพร่ เพื่อพัฒนาให้นวัตกรรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ เป็นเครื่องมือทางการพยาบาลที่มีมาตรฐาน อันจะช่วยให้มารดาหลังคลอดได้รับการส่งเสริมให้สามารถเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract
This qualitative research aimed at studying the innovations promoting breastfeeding. It was conducted with the nurses working in government hospitals in the Northeast. The results of the study revealed that the nurses had developed and used the innovations in promoting breastfeeding in 2 groups: the health promotion innovation for promoting and supporting breastfeeding and the nursing therapeutic innovation for dealing with breastfeeding problems. The process of the development and the implementation of the innovations promoting breastfeeding reflected the needs of the concrete development of further innovations for promoting breastfeeding. The innovations promoting breastfeeding should be implemented and promoted in order to develop them to be the standard nursing tools which help to promote the postpartum mothers to effectively breastfeed
