การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้านภัยพิบัติ ในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

      การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้านภัยพิบัติ ในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และศึกษาตัวแปรที่อธิบายลักษณะองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้านภัยพิบัติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวน  267 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจงและการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามที่พัฒนามาจากเทคนิคเดลฟายและกรอบสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้านภัยพิบัติของสภาพยาบาลระหว่างประเทศ ให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและหาค่าความเที่ยงด้วยสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ 0.95  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบด้วยวิธีองค์ประกอบหลัก พบว่า
องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะการพยาบาลด้านภัยพิบัติในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ประกอบด้วย
6 องค์ประกอบ มีตัวแปรทั้งหมด 71 ตัวแปร ดังนี้

      องค์ประกอบที่ 1 สมรรถนะการประสานงาน การวางแผน เตรียมความพร้อมให้กับบุคลากร ชุมชนและอาสาสมัคร มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 17 ตัวแปร 

      องค์ประกอบที่ 2 สมรรถนะการฟื้นฟูสภาพภายหลังเกิดภัยพิบัติ มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 17 ตัวแปร

      องค์ประกอบที่ 3 สมรรถนะคุณลักษณะทั่วไป มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 16 ตัวแปร 

      องค์ประกอบที่ 4 สมรรถนะการดูแลบุคคลที่ประสบภัยพิบัติ มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 9  ตัวแปร

      องค์ประกอบที่ 5 สมรรถนะการป้องกันและการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ  มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 8 ตัวแปร

      องค์ประกอบที่ 6 สมรรถนะการบริหารความเสี่ยงที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นจากภัยพิบัติ มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายองค์ประกอบ 4 ตัวแปร

A Factor Analysis of Disaster Nursing Competency in Hospitals

under the Ministry of Public Health*

Abstract

      The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors accounting for disaster nursing competencies of nurses in the hospitals under the Ministry of Public Health and to explore the variables of each factor. The sample was composed of 267 nurses from the hospitals under the Ministry of Public Health. The nurses were recruited by utilizing purposive and stratified simple random sampling. The questionnaire was developed by the researchers from the Delphi technique and the ICN Framework of disaster nursing competencies. The questionnaire was validated by experts in the field. The Cronbach’s coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.95. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and Factor analysis with Principle Components Extraction and Orthogonal Rotation with the Varimax Method. The findings were as follows; six factors of disaster nursing competencies were distinguished. These factors were identified by 71 items:

      1. Coordinate, Plan, Preparing personnel, community and volunteers to be ready for disaster competencies identified by 17 items

      2. Recovery/Rehabilitation competencies identified by 17 items

      3. General competencies identified by 16 items

      4. Response competencies identified by 9 items

      5. Prevention and Promotion competencies identified by 8 items

      6. Risk Management competencies identified by 4 items
