บทคัดย่อ

      การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการของกิจกรรมที่ส่งผลในการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของนักศึกษา  กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน ประกอบด้วยนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 2 3 และ 4 จำนวน 20 คน อาจารย์และบุคลากรจำนวน 10 คน ประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ 5 คน บุคลากร 5 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก และการบันทึกเทป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามรูปแบบของโคไลซ์ซี่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กระบวนการในการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์นักศึกษาด้วยกิจกรรมสารท เดือนสิบมี 3 กระบวนการ คือ 1.การวางแผนกิจกรรม ประกอบด้วย 1) การปลูกจิตสำนึกความศรัทธาในประเพณีสารทเดือนสิบ 2) การทำความเข้าใจประเพณีสารทเดือนสิบ 3) การสร้างระบบและกลไกในการดำเนินงาน 2. การดำเนินกิจกรรม ประกอบด้วย 1) การออกแบบรถหฺมฺรับ 2) การจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ และ 3. การแห่หฺมฺรับ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย รถหฺมฺรับและขบวนแห่ จากกระบวนการของกิจกรรม ส่งผลให้นักศึกษาเกิดสำนึกถึงหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ เกิดความเสียสละ ช่วยเหลือส่วนรวม รวมถึงการวางแผนและการแก้ไขปัญหา รู้จักการฟังและยอมรับความคิดเห็นจากบุคคลอื่น การใช้สติและสมาธิในการทำงาน เกิดความสุข ความภาคภูมิใจ รู้สึกมีคุณค่า ซึ่งความรู้สึกเหล่านี้จะเป็นพลังในการผลักดันและเป็นแรงเสริมให้นักศึกษามีจิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ในสถานการณ์อื่นๆต่อไป  ดังนั้นการพัฒนานักศึกษาด้วยประเพณีและศิลปวัฒนธรรมจึงเป็นแนวทางหนึ่งในการเติมเต็มให้นักศึกษามีจิตบริการด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์นอกเหนือจากการจัดการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียน

Nursing student identity developing with the

Sard- Deun-Sib activities in Boromarajonani College of

Nursing, Nakhon Si Thammarat

Abstract

      This qualitative research aimed to study the process of The Thai Sart Day activities and its affect on the development of the nursing student identity. The student identities in this research were collected from the different viewpoints of the three main groups of people involving in Sard-Deun-Sib activity. The groups consisted of 20 students, 5 teachers and 5 supportive staff members. An In-depth interview with tape recording was employed in the process of data collection. All transcripts were transcribed verbatim and analyzed by Colaizzi’s method. The results of this study revealed three main processes for the student identity. Firstly, the planning step produced 1) Moral responsibilities, 2) Understanding, and 3) System establishment of the Sard-Deun-Sib Festival. Secondly, the action step produced 1) designing performance and 2) material preparation of Hraub (a special design of food decorative vehicle). Finally, the Hraub procession produced 1) Hraub and 2) the parade. The study also revealed that this activity has constructed good student behaviors regarding their moral responsibilities both for themselves and for others. In addition, the students have developed their planning skills, organizing skills and ability of dealing with difficult situations. They also developed themselves to be  good listeners as well as good sharers. The Sard-Deun-Sib activities could encourage the students to concentrate on their work. Therefore, through participation in this activity, the students will be happy and proud of themselves. In this way, nursing students will have energy for caring for their patients in the humanistic.  It is highlighted that encouraging the students to participate in other traditional activities may shape the student to be a humanized nurse.
