Transformative Administration of Private School Administrators in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province

Abstract

                       The objectives of this study were to study and compare the transformative administration of private school administrators in Nong Bua Lam Phu province. and to study the suggestions for managing the conversion of private school administrators in Nong Bua Lam Phu province. The sample consisted of 186 administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the data was 0.98. The consistency index for all questions ranged from 0.67-1.00.The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.

                     The research finding were  as  follows 1)Transformational administration of private school Administrators in Nong Bua Lam Phu province. were high both overall and individual. 2)The comparison of opinions on the management of transformative administrators of private schools administrators and teachers was found difference with statistically significant at 0.01. 3)Suggestions for managing the transformation of private school administrators in Nong Bua Lam Phu province are ; 1) Technology Schools should encourage teachers to produce media. Media and technology services 2) Structure There should be clarity of change. Planning for change. 3) The school personnel should develop the potential of all levels of staff by teaching, training, seminars on a continuous and systematic basis. 4) The culture should have a culture of learning. Participation in change teamwork and continuous learning.
