Abstract

This quasi-experimental research the purpose of this study was to study the effectiveness of the Kayanamai Exercise Development Program to enhance self-efficacy and self-control of the elderly in Pak kret Nonthaburi 70 samples were divided into 35 experimental groups and 35 comparison groups. The Kayanamai practice program is comprised of the provision of knowledge about the science of exercise. Creating Self-efficacy creating a positive expectation of exercise. Use the lecture method. A demonstration of a gymnastics exercise. Group discussion the use of the real model from the instructor. Models from successful friends and models from hands. Use of persuasive words This activity was held once a week for 6 sessions of 90 minutes each. The data was collected using questionnaires and physical and mental fitness tests. Paired samples t-test and in the results showed that after the experiment. Experienced group Self-efficacy Expectations of good exercise. There was a better change in exercise performance in the exercise than in the experimental group. And significantly higher than the comparison group (p <0.001).dependent S terms of stress, it was significantly lower than before the experiment and significantly lower than the comparison group (p = 0.045).ample t-test the results of this study suggest that the implementation of the Kanayamai Exercise Program to enhance self-efficacy and self-control of the elderly. It should be applied to enhance the exercise behavior of the elderly people in the community or other agencies related to health promotion for the elderly to provide good physical and mental health. Have a better quality of life.
