But its function has generally been limited, especially in the case of severe alveolar bone loss. The use of implant in conjunction with removable denture can address limitation. The flexible joint, used between an implant and denture, compensates for differences in movability of gingival tissue, natural tooth, and implant itself. The result of treatment was favorable. The patient was very satisfied with this method of treatment.
