บทคัดย่อ

Mandibular anterior crowding in the mixed dentition should be evaluated and involved early intervention to prevent severe arch length discrepancy in permanent dentition. This report case was a eight years old girl who had mandibular anterior crowding in the mixed dentition treated with removable orthodontic appliances designed with finger spring to move right mandibular permanent lateral incisor distally that was overlapped lingually to right mandibular permanent central incisor about 70%. The second plate had double cantilever spring to move right mandibular permanent lateral incisor labially to align in mandibular arch. Treatments were success from proper appliance, parents and patient cooperation.
