การใช้ทฤษฎีเกมในการตัดสินใจเปลี่ยนแปลงการผลิตลำไยอบแห้งเนื้อสีทองเข้าสู่ระบบที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวทางการตัดสินใจที่ดีที่สุดระหว่างการผลิตลำไยอบแห้งเนื้อสีทองแบบดั้งเดิมและการ ผลิตที่มุ่งเน้นความเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมโดยประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีเกม โดยเครือข่ายวิสาหกิจลำไยอบแห้งเนื้อสีทองในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่และลำพูน จำนวน 2 เครือข่ายถูกเลือกแบบเจาะจง เพื่อเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับเล่นเกมในครั้งนี้ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระบบการผลิตที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุดของผู้ผลิตเพราะใช้ทรัพยากรน้อย แต่ให้ผลตอบแทนทางเศรษฐศาสตร์สูง ทั้งนี้ ผลการวิจัยที่ได้เป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจลำไยอบแห้งเนื้อสีทองในประเทศไทยในการตัดสินใจเปลี่ยนแปลง การผลิตจากแบบดั้งเดิมเป็นระบบที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

This paper aims to analyze the best decision making guideline between traditional and green oriented productions of the golden dried longan enterprises by applying the game theory. Two golden dried longan enterprise clusters in Chiang Mai and Lamphun provinces are purposive selected as the samples for playing in this game. The result represented that the green production system is the best choice of producers because of low physical resource usage but high economic payoffs. This findings are obviously useful for the golden dried longan enterprises in Thailand to make a decision for changing their production from traditional to green orientation systems.
