About the Journal

FOCUS AND SCOPE
The Disease Control Journal is a peer-reviewed, public health journal published by the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, Thailand.

The journal focuses on the dissemination of public health knowledge relating to surveillance, prevention, and control of diseases and health threats. The scope includes communicable diseases, non-communicable diseases, occupational and environmental diseases. Type of articles is original articles, operational reports and review articles.

PEER-REVIEW 
All published articles have been reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant area.  A double-blind peer-review is applied.

PUBLICATION FREQUENCY
The Disease Control Journal releases publications four times per year or on a quarterly basis (4 issues in a year)
Issue number 1:  January–March
Issue number 2:  April-June
Issue number 3:  July–September
Issue number 4:  October–December

There is no publication fee.
