Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever from dengue disease has increased more in childhood and adulthood. Although, medical treatment has increased in advancement but also still found high death ratio from Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. Thus, the changing characteristic of pathophysiology, pathological symptom as according to the period of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever process may similar in childhood and adulthood, but at the same time, it has critical value that nurses have to stay alert and ready to arrange for different period of clinical management. Therefore, only nurses who possess body of knowledge in Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever, principal assessment of patients’ condition and the analysis of clinical symptom semiology accurately will take care and save patients from this life harassment disease. This article aims to restore nurses’ knowledge and skills in the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever patients from the dengue disease by explaining the comparison of nursing management as according to critical values period appearance of disease processes between childhood patient and adulthood patient in order to see the difference clearly. In addition, in order for professional nursing to realize about different similarities in caring of two different ages of patient of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever and bring nursing skills that proposed in this article to apply continuously to the highest benefit of caring patient of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever.
