Legal Measure to Protection Domestic Violence: A Study of Registration of Marriage

Abstract

Domestic violence is caused by economic and social factors. Current law have no preventive measure for domestic violence such as knowledge and understanding of rights and duties between husband wife and child  must be provided to registrar of marriage  registration for addition, state has to  provide special measure for public and provide sectors in  promotion and protection  domestic violence such as tax measure.
