การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่มีประสิทธิผลของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่มีประสิทธิผลของวิทยาลัย อาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือการวิจัยครั้งนี้ การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ ประกอบด้วย ระยะที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร โดยสังเคราะห์แนวคิดทฤษฎี และผลงาน ระยะที่ 2 การสร้างรูปแบบ โดยศึกษาวิทยาลัยดีเด่น 1 แห่ง ระยะที่ 3 การพัฒนารูปแบบ โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายแบบปรับปรุง (modified delphi technique) 3 รอบ สอบถาม ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 21 คนระยะที่ 4 การตรวจสอบรูปแบบ โดยวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (survey research) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่มีประสิทธิผลของวิทยาลัย อาชีวศึกษาเอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ตามความเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบด้านการบริหาร งานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งมีองค์ประกอบย่อย 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านงานพัฒนาหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน ด้านงานวัดผล และประเมินผล ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน และด้านงานวิทยบริการและห้องสมุด องค์ประกอบด้านวิธีการบริหารงาน วิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งมีองค์ประกอบย่อย 3 ด้านคือ ด้านการให้คำปรึกษา ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมหรือการสร้างทีม งาน และด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพ และ องค์ประกอบด้านประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งมีองค์ ประกอบย่อย 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ ด้านความพึงพอใจในงานของครู และด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ของนักเรียน 2) ผลการ ตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่มีประสิทธิผลของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา เอกชน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยผู้บริหารและครู พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Developing The Effective Development of Academic Administration Using Participation Model in Private Vocational Colleges in Northeastern of Thailand

The purpose of this study was to develop a model for the effective development of academic administration by using participation model of private vocational colleges, in the Northeastern of Thailand. This research was divided into 4 phases: Phase 1, the analysis of all literature, documents and research studies. Phase 2, developing the model by study of all literature, documents and research studies. Samples were selected from an outstanding private vocational college. Phase 3 was developed three times by employing the Modified Delphi Technique. Opinions from twenty one experts had been purposively sought in this phase as well. Phase 4 was examined the model using survey research model. The study revealed the following results: 1) The model for the effective development of academic administration using participation model in the opinions of the experts consisted of 4 minor components that was the development of the curriculum , the registration and evaluation, the academic instruction media and the academic resource library. The elements of academic administration using participation consisted of three aspects were the counseling, the teamwork effectiveness and the quality control. The elements of the effectiveness of academic administration using participation consisted of three aspects were the academic leadership, teacher’s satisfaction in work and student academic achievement. 2) The examination of the effective development of academic administration using participation model of private vocational college in Northeastern of Thailand in opinions of the academic administrators and the teachers revealed that they had participation as a whole at the high level.
