ประดิษฐ์กรรมพิเศษ การเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาท้องถิ่น กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคนิคมหาสารคาม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์ความต้องการประดิษฐ์กรรมพิเศษการเชื่อมโลหะของคนในชุมชน พื้นที่จังหวัดมหาสารคามและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง 2) เพื่อสร้างนักพัฒนาและประดิษฐ์กรรมพิเศษการเชื่อมโลหะ ด้วยกระบวนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันในชุมชนและ 3) เพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพนักพัฒนาและประดิษฐ์กรรมพิเศษการเชื่อมโลหะ ของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ซึ่งเป็นนักศึกษา ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ชั้นปีที่ 2 ที่วิทยาลัย เทคนิคมหาสารคาม จำนวน 16 คน ภายใต้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ของระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ผสานรวมระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และประยุกต์ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิทยาวิจัยเพื่อท้องถิ่น โดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ซึ่งผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลจากการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ด้วยฉันทะหรือความรักของผู้วิจัย คือ การมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชนจำนวน 8 ครัวเรือน เพื่อการออกแบบสร้างประดิษฐ์กรรมพิเศษการเชื่อมโลหะ ตามภูมิปัญญาเศรษฐกิจเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในการประกอบอาชีพ 2) ผลที่ได้จากการพึ่งตนเอง ด้วยการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีของผู้วิจัย คือ เข้าถึงการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน เพื่อสร้างนักพัฒนา จำนวน 10 คน และประดิษฐ์กรรมพิเศษการเชื่อมโลหะ จำนวน 8 ผลงาน จากองค์ความรู้ และเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมกับคนภายในชุมชน ผ่านการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การศึกษาดูงาน และชมการสาธิต 3) ผลการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพนักพัฒนาและประดิษฐ์กรรมพิเศษการเชื่อมโลหะ ที่ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.49 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานที่ 0.48 ซึ่งเป็นเกณฑ์ในระดับดีมาก คือ ร่วมกันพัฒนาท้องถิ่นด้วยประดิษฐ์กรรมพิเศษการเชื่อมโลหะ บนพื้นฐานภูมิปัญญา องค์ความรู้ และเทคโนโลยีที่ประหยัดแต่ถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาการ

The Specific Innovation Learning for Community Development in case of Mahasarakham Technical College.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the importance of the specific Innovation of metal welding for community in Mahasarakham province and nearby area 2) to create the developer of specific Innovation of metal welding by participation learning 3) to in 

valuate the efficiency of develop and specific Innovation of metal welding of group students Level Diploma Year 2 of 16 person at Mahasarakham Technical College. This study was mixed methodology between qualitative and quantitative research. Relationship building by the love of researcher was the understanding from people in community cooperation of 8 household toward the designing of specific Innovation of metal welding. 2) The result of self – suffiency could be a good relationship of 8 researchers and 10 developers in seminar, field trip and demonstration from specialist or expert by using cooperative learning in knowledge body of technology which proper for community. 3) It also found that the efficiency evaluate of developer and specific Innovation of metal welding was moderately at excellent level at 4.49 and the standard deviation of 0.48 the finding can be concluded as knowledge body of local wisdom in production technology was concerned and reliable in specific innovation of metal welding.
