A NEEDS ASSESSMENT OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE NONTHABURI BASE ON THE CONCEPT OF COGNITIVE FLEXIBILITY

The objectives of this research article were to study the needs assessment of developing academic management of secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office of Nonthaburi based on the concept of cognitive flexibility. The population was 18 secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office of Nonthaburi. There were 198 informants, including school directors, deputy directors of academic affairs, curriculum department heads and department heads. The research instruments were the present and desirable state of academic management of secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office of Nonthaburi based on the concept of cognitive flexibility. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Priority Needs Index Modified. The research show that the priority needs index overall was 0.341 (PNI_modified = 0.341). When analyzed per item, assessment was the highest priority need (PNI_modified = 0.345) and curriculum development was the second priority need (PNI_modified = 0.341). The lowest priority need was learning management (PNI_modified = 0.337). When considering in terms of cognitive flexibility, the sub-item, which has the highest priority needs index in three aspects of academic management is creative problem solving.

This research article aims to study guidelines for inheritance Thai Cultural in Thonburi District, Bangkok. It was studied qualitatively, analyzed using SWOT manner. Studied data from documentary research. In-dept interview and the cultural activity observation of 3 case study: Thai craft, the Thai classical music and the cultural tourism in Thonburi district. The finding indicated that, a strength (S): Thonburi District is the area of cultural heritage, full of local wisdom and the best location for the cultural tourism. The strong communities’ network has many groups of people co-operation. A weakness (W): The new generation youth's lack of cultural knowledge and most of cultural tasks required artisans’ special skills but the wage income of art and cultural tasks less than the other jobs income. The most of local intellect experts were old people and the training cannot specific cultural knowledge. Opportunities (O), The state and private organization have supported the cultural activities. The Thai crafts and cultural products were display and exhibit in many trade shows. The researcher came to research and develop art and cultural in the area. Most of the foreigner like Thai art and Thai culture. Threats (T): the cultural development were not continuous and social changing at present were a limit of preserving the local culture. The guidelines preserving from studied. Aggressive growth guidelines, establish the art and cultural learning center in the area of Thonburi District. Defensive guidelines, created art and cultural courses for workshop training and activities. Furthermore, the institutional executives should have policies seriously promoting local curriculum. Reversal guidelines, used new technology for promoting art and cultural community products. And diversification guidelines: Supporting and promoting local wisdom with rewards and high money return.

PARTICIPATIVE ADMINISTRATION OF RAT SONG KHROH WITTHAYA SCHOOL MODEL UNDER THE OFFICE OF PATHUMTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

The objectives of this research article were 1) to create a model of school participative administration, 2) to try the model of school participative administration, and 3) to evaluate the trial of school participative administration model of Rat Song Khroh Witthaya School under the Office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 2. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were 1) 54 school administrators, 2) 163 related persons 3) 16 teachers and educational personnel. Data were analyzed by statistics, including frequency, percentage, and standard deviation. The qualitative research was conducted by interviewing 13 experts and focus group discussion with 8 experts. Data were analyzed by content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) there are 2 parts: Part 1 Participatory management model consisting of Ability to produce students with higher learning quality, Ability to develop students with positive thinking, Ability to solve problems in school, and Ability to adjust and develop school suitable to the school environments, Part 2 Educational achievement consisted of the Ability to produce students with high academic achievement, Ability to develop students to have positive attitudes, Ability to solve problems within the school, Ability to adapt and develop the school to suit the environment. 2) The experimental model of school participative administration found that Results of self-assessment according to participatory management components overall, it is at a good level, Academic results of 8 groups of learning subjects of Rat Songkro Wittaya School students in the academic year 2020 have an increasing average, Teachers, administrators, educational personnel, basic education and community committees, parents, students, and students were satisfied with the participatory school administration model. at a high level. 3) Evaluation of the experimental results of participative administration model of Rat Song Khroh Witthaya School under the Office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 2, appropriateness, utility, possibility, at a high level in every aspect.

PRIORITY NEEDS FOR TEACHER DEVELOPMENT OF EAKACHAI SCHOOL BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEUR

This research article’s objectives were 1) to study the necessary needs in teacher development of social entrepreneur at Ekachai School. 2) To present the guidelines for teacher development at Ekachai School based on the concept of social entrepreneur. This research used a descriptive research method. The population used in this research was Ekachai School. The informant were school’s director, deputy director and teachers. The research tool was the need questionnaire for teacher development at Ekachai School. based on the concept of social entrepreneur with a confidence value of 0.926. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and needs analysis (PNI_modified). The results showed that Necessary needs for teacher development at Ekachai School based on the concept of social entrepreneur concept is at a high level (PNI_modified=0.376). When analyzing individual needs, it was found that creativity and innovation ability to solve social problems were ranked the highest (PNI_modified=0.414), followed by goals and determination to solve social problems (PNI_modified=0.400), expertise and understanding of social affairs (PNI_modified=0.396), risk-taking (PNI_modified=0.376), and the aspect of creating value and being able to create social networks (PNImodified = 0.374). Meanwhile, the aspect of good governance in social affairs had the least necessary needs index (PNImodified=0.305). In terms of models and methods for developing social entrepreneurship characteristics of teachers, the highest frequency is work-based learning, followed by self-learning.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF BRAIN-BASED LARNING ACTIVITY PACKAGE FOR ENHANCING SCIENCE ACHIEVEMENT AND LEARNING HAPPINESS OF GRADE 3 STUDENTS

The purposes for this research were to: 1) determine the effectiveness of brain-based activity package on the science topic of "the sun and the living", 2) compare the learning achievement and learning happiness between groups of students after learning through of the activity package and traditional instruction, 3) compare students' the learning achievement and learning happiness before and after learning through the activity package, and 4) study the students’ retention of learning. The population was Prathomsuksa 3 students in a school under the Bangkok Metropolitan. Samples were 54 students that divided into two groups derived from cluster random sampling: 27 students as experimental group who learnt through brain-based activity package and 27 students as control group who learnt through traditional instruction. This research was conducted in the first semester of the academic year 2566. Data collecting instruments were achievement test, happiness in learning evaluation, and the reflection for learning results form. The statistics used for data analysis include: Percentage, mean, and standard deviation and tested the hypothesis by t-test Dependent and t-test Independent. The results showed that; 1) the brain-based activity set had an efficiency index of 0.57, 2) post- learning achievement and happiness in learning of the experimental group were statistically higher than the control group at a statistical significance level of 0.05, 3) the experimental group had higher learning achievement and happiness in learning than their pretest at a statistical significance level of 0.05, and 4) he retention of learning of the experimental group were statistically higher than the control group and at a statistical significance level of 0.05. There were no differences on the retention of learning between immediate and 2-week later post-learning achievement.

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the current state of leadership in the New Normal of primary school administrators, 2) to study methods for leadership development in the New Normal of primary school administrators according to the Ten Royal Virtues, and 3) to propose guidelines of leadership development methods according to the Ten Royal Virtues for primary school administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 1. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The data were collected by questionnaires from 132 samples and by interviews with 5 experts. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The study results that; 1) The current state of leadership in the New Normal of primary school administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level overall, 2) The methods for leadership development in the New Normal of primary school administrators according to the Ten Royal Virtues were in a high level, (1) Leadership achievement, (2) Leadership in communication, (3) Competency of leadership, and (4) Human relations of leadership, 3) The guidelines of leadership development methods according to the Ten Royal Virtues for primary school administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 is an integration of the Ten Royal Virtues in leadership development, which is to create a working atmosphere, teamwork, accept the difference, encourage teachers to take initiative to develop all-round knowledge, adhere to correctness and fairness. It is making school administration more efficient.

AN ANALYSIS OF THE PRIORITY NEEDS IN THE ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN PHATTHALUNG PROVINCE BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF READING LITERACY

This research article aims to study the hierarchy of needs for the development of academic administration of private schools in Phatthalung Province, according to the concept of reading literacy. This research uses a descriptive research method. The tools used in the research were questionnaires, and the statistics used to analyze the data were: frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the modified Priority Needs Index (PNI_Modified). The survey respondents were all school administrators and private secondary school teachers in the Phatthalung Province, totaling 95 people. The research findings revealed that 1) Current conditions were at a moderate level, with curriculum development having the highest mean and the measurement and evaluation aspect having the lowest mean. The desired condition was at a high level, with the teaching and learning management having the highest mean and curriculum development with the lowest mean. 2) The Needs Index of Academic Administration Development in Private Schools in Phatthalung Province based on the concept of reading literacy as a whole was 0.332 (PNI_modified = 0.332). When considering the scope of academic administration, it was found that the measurement and evaluation aspect had the highest PNI_Modified, followed by teaching and learning, and lastly curriculum development with the lowest PNI_Modified

POLICY IMPLEMENTATION OF BASIC EDUCATION CURRICULUM IN THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OF NONTHABURI PROVINCE

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the level of effectiveness in implementation of the basic education curriculum 2) study the factors affecting the effectiveness in implementation of the basic education curriculum 3) compare factors affecting the level of effectiveness implementation of the basic education curriculum policy in the secondary education service area of Nonthaburi Province. The samples of the research were the 318 high school teachers of secondary education school in Nonthaburi Province, Academic Year 2022. The tool used to collect the data is a questionnaire. Statistics used for the data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The statistical level of significance was set at .05. The results found that the level of effectiveness of policy implementation of basic education curriculum in the secondary education service area of Nonthaburi Province, the overall in each aspect were at high levels. Factors affecting the effectiveness of policy implementation of basic education curriculum in in the secondary education service area of Nonthaburi Province, the overall in each aspect including students, teachers, administrators and the school environment were at high levels. The overall and individual factors in all 4 aspects were related to the effectiveness of policy implementation of basic education curriculum in the secondary education service area of Nonthaburi Province at the significant level of 0.05.

GUIDELINES FOR ACADEMIC RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL AGE OF ADMINISTRATORS IN PATHUM BENCHA SCHOOL CLUSTER UNDER THE OFFICE OF PATHUMTHANI SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 4

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the condition of academic risk management of Pathum Bencha School Group administrators 2) study the academic risk management methods of Pathum Bencha School Group administrators 3) propose guidelines for academic risk management. Digital Era of Pathumbenja School Group Administrators under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 4, Pathum Thani Province, is a mixed method research. There is a qualitative research method by studying documents. in-depth interview from 5 executives Quantitative Research Regulations sample 234 administrators and teachers of Pathumbenja School Group were used. The research tools were questionnaires, data analysis by documents. The study results were found that; 1) The state of academic risk management in the digital age of administrators in Pathum Bencha School Cluster was at a high level overall. In descending order, the highest level was on teaching and learning management, followed by research for educational quality development, measurement and evaluation, school internal supervising, and course content arrangement respectively. 2) The development methods of the academic risk management in the digital age of administrators in Pathum Bencha School Cluster are as follows: to set up teamwork, to monitor and supervise teachers to design teaching structure and learning management plan based on standard criteria and indicators, to revise the curriculum, to classify and group students, to analyze community, to analyze school, to build comprehension among teachers on school. 3) The guidelines of academic risk management in the digital age of administrators in Pathum Bencha School Cluster under the Office of Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area 4 are: the course contents cover knowledge, skills, and characteristics, are flexible to the context of the digital age, relate and integrate with inter-disciplinary subjects suitable for learning in the 21^st century, the teaching and learning management places a focus on real time learning and practicing methods integrated with other course subjects, and building advanced and complex thinking skills.

THE NEEDS FOR DEVELOPING HORWANG SCHOOL TEACHERS BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF TEACHER LEADERSHIP

This research aimed to investigate the requirements for the development of teachers at Horwang School, based on the concept of teacher leadership. The research methodology used in this study was descriptive research. The population for the study consisted of Horwang School, with 1 school director and 4 deputy school directors providing the data, totaling 5 individuals. Additionally, 216 teachers from Horwang School were included in the research, selected using simple random sampling, resulting in a sample size of 134 teachers, making a total of 139 participants. The research instrument used was a questionnaire on the current state and desired state of teacher development at Horwang School, based on the concept of teacher leadership. The statistical analysis included frequency distribution, percentages, mean, standard deviation, necessity index analysis, preferences, and content analysis. The research findings indicate the following requirements for the development of teachers at Horwang School, based on the concept of teacher leadership: The highest level of necessity is related to leaders of change (PNImodified = 0.19), followed by leaders in professional development and collaboration (PNImodified = 0.14). Additionally, leaders in student development and effective teaching (PNImodified = 0.12) and leaders in self-development (PNImodified = 0.11) are also considered necessary.

INVESTIGATING NEEDS AND PROBLEMS OF DANCE EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN HIGH SCHOOL: A CASE STUDY OF TSINGHUA UNIVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL JIANGTAILU IN BEIJING

The purposes of this study were as follows: 1) To investigate the problems and needs of dance educational management in Tsinghua University High School·JIANGTAILU. 2) To propose guidelines for improving the quality of dance educational management in Tsinghua University High School·JIANGTAILU. In this study, 302 students, 78 teachers, and 40 school administrators in Tsinghua University High School JIANGTAILU were selected through stratified random sampling techniques. The research instruments used in this study included the following: 1) questionnaires with 5-point rating scales for the three sample groups; 2) focus group discussions were conducted to propose guidelines for improving the quality of dance educational management. The collected data were analyzed and presented in the form of frequency counts, percentages, average values, and standard deviations. The results of this study showed that needs of teachers and school administrators rated dance education as "the highest level" when it came to using modern technology for teaching. Students' needs for improving dance learning skills and artistic levels were also rated as "the highest level." The guideline for dance education management in Tsinghua University High School JIANGTAILU was constructed, encompassing the following: 1) Maintaining the basic principles of dance education management in senior high schools; 2) Perfecting the dance education management system; 3) Clarifying the objectives of education, teaching, and management. Through the data analysis team, the guiding document for dance education management in Tsinghua University High School JIANGTAILU was constructed, providing a reference for subsequent researchers. The main research results of this paper were as follows: 1) Dance teachers used modern educational technology and comprehensive teaching methods to conduct dance instruction; 2) Teachers had passed strict selection procedures to ensure that every dance teacher possessed professional knowledge and teaching ability.

DEVELOPING A BOARD GAME FOR ENHANCING THAI VOCABULARY MEMORIZATION AMONG 4th – 6th GRADE STUDENTS

The purpose of this research article is 1) Develop card game “auk sorn son kwam” That promote reading skills of upper elementary school students who cannot be read and written to pass the criteria from the Bureau of Education Bangkok. 2) Compare vocabulary scores before and after using the card game. The research model is quantitative research in the nature of research and development. The operation of research was studying basic information for game design, game development, and collecting data analyze and Summarize. The sample group is grade 5 student of “Wat Bang Sakae Nai” School Thonburi District Office Bangkok who pass the reading test in fair level. The research collect data by 3 tools was a card game “auk sorn son kwam”, Pre-test and Post-test. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and T-test Dependent. The research findings are as follows Card game “auk sorn son kwam” consisting of 6 sets of game cards, each set of 20 words. when applied to the sample group it was found that vocabulary scores of representative sample a statistically significant increase of 0.5. That shows card game “auk sorn son kwam” would be increased efficiency of reading skills to remember Thai vocabulary.

The research tools were a questionnaire on the current state and desirable state of academic administration of secondary schools under the Phetchaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office according to the academic mindset. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and needs analysis (PNI-modified) The research results showed that the current condition, the desirable condition of the academic administration of secondary schools under the Phetchaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, according to the academic mindset, found that the current condition of the academic administration development of secondary schools under the Office of the Educational Service Area was Phetchaburi Secondary Education. According to the academic concept Overall, it was at a high level. And desirable condition. Overall, it was at a high level in terms of the need index for academic administration in secondary schools under the Phetchaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office according to the academic concept. With the priority need index. It was educational curriculum development (PNI_modified = 0.476), followed by learning management (PNI_modified = 0.412), and evaluation had the lowest order of needs (PNI_modified = 0.409).

THE POIORITY NEEDS OF DEVELOPING ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT OF SUANKULARB WITTAYALAI AFFILIATED SCHOOL BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF GLOBAL COMPETENCE

The objective of this research was to study the current and the desirable states and to assess the priority need of developing academic management of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School based on the concept of global competence. The informants were schools directors, deputy directors and teachers, totally 326, in Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliate School. The data were analyzed by mean and priority needs index modified (PNI_Modified). The research findings showed that, overall, the current and desirable states of developing academic management of Suankularb Wittayalai Affiliated Schools based on the concept of global competence were at a high level and the highest level, respectively. The first priority need fell on learning Management (PNI_Modified = 0.360) followed by curriculum development (PNI_Modified = 0.354) and evaluation (PNI_Modified = 0.349), respectively.

The objectives of this research article were to study the importance and need of teacher development through professional learning communities to promote learning management abilities at Wat Hin Dat School. Qualitative research. by studying the document, analyze reading and writing reports, and interviews 20 key informants with purposive sampling. The research instrument was document study form, reading and writing report form, and interview form. Data was analyzed by content analysis. Results were shown as follows: There are students whose reading and writing results are in the criteria that need to be improved. Administrators and teachers must improve the teaching and learning management of the school. The teacher development process is implemented with a professional learning community integrated with the four noble truths, consisting of 1) elements of teacher development, namely educating teachers development planning follow-up 2) Management of learning in the four noble truths, namely problem presentation, root cause analysis, problem solving methods, and analysis and conclusions.

This research aimed 1) to study the current state, desired state, and needs for academic administration to develop self-directed learning skills of students in Nonthaburi Area 3 and 2) to propose guidelines to develop academic administration for improving self-directed learning skills of students in Nonthaburi Area 3. This descriptive research followed these steps: 1) Study the current and desired state of academic administration for developing students' self-learning skills, 2) Propose guidelines to improve academic administration to develop self-directed learning skills of students in Nonthaburi School Area 3. Tools included questionnaires and data evaluation. Questionnaire was divided into two parts: the current and desired state of academic administration for developing self-learning skills and guidelines to improve academic administration to develop learners’ self-directed learning skills. Data from questionnaire was analyzed using statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNIModified, mode, and content analysis. The results revealed that; 1) The overall current state of academic management to develop self-directed learning skills of students was at a high level. Academic administration aspect with the highest mean was assessment and evaluation at a high level. The overall desired state of academic management to develop self-directed learning skills of students was at a high level. Aspect with the highest mean was development and promotion of learning resources at a high level. The overall need for academic management to develop self-directed learning skills of students was 0.218.
The area of academic management with the highest necessity was teaching management (PNIModified = 0.294). 2) The development guidelines for academic management to enhance self-directed learning skills of students can be divided into 4 ways: (1) Improve the teaching management in schools by maximizing learners’ benefits to stimulate self-directed learning skills; (2) Promote the availability of learning resources that contribute to supportive aid and bring leaners’ valuable benefits emphasizing on self-directed learning skills; (3) Revise and develop school curriculum by cultivating learners’ self-directed learning skills; (4) Develop an assessment and evaluation system that covers all aspects of indicators, reflecting true learning conditions for maximum benefits for teaching development by cultivating learners’ self-directed learning skills.

This research article is a research on the use of organizational media in social studies, learning management media that helps enhance knowledge of information and culture, especially, 1) To study the selection of film media by social studies teachers, 2) To collect and categorize movies for use as media for learning activities. Cultural diversity topic to create social and cultural awareness The sample used in the research consisted of 7 people, obtained by purposive selection The research tools consisted of 1) an interview form for using film media experiences, 2) a collection table for movies, 3) a data analysis form, 4) a consistency index assessment form, and 5) an interview form for using film media this research used a mixed methods research method to collect quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed that 1) The teacher selection of using film media for instruction was related to learning content, learning goals How to use and precautions 2) Films that appear culturally diverse Ethnicity There were the highest number, totaling 48 stories, followed by subcultures of various groups, economics, education, religion, and gender, respectively. In addition, every film showcases cultural diversity in at least two or more aspects.

THE NEED ASSESSMENT OF DEVELOPING WAT THAKWIAN SAI UTIT SCHOOL TEACHERS BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF TEACHER WELL-BEING

This descriptive research aimed to study the need assessment of developing Wat Thakwian Sai Utit school teachers based on the concept of teacher well-being. The population was Wat Thakwian Sat Utit school staffs consisting of 4 administrators and 96 teachers, 100 in total. The research tool was a 5 level rating scales questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Mean, Standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI_Modified). The research result revealed that 1) the priority needs index overall was 0.359 (PNI_Modified= 0.359). When data were analyzed per item of teacher well-being, the highest priority needs index was Life Satisfaction (PNI_Modified= 0.455), Having good physical and mental health (PNI_Modified= 0.408), Work Satisfaction (PNI_Modified= 0.334) and having a good relationship with others (PNI_Modified= 0.238). 2) Teacher development methods from questionnaires of the highest priority needs index aspects consisting of on the job training with action-based learning method and off the job training with field trip methods.

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study transformational leadership of administrators in Thung-Maha-Charoen Sub-district, Wang-Nam-Yen District, Sa Kaeo Province; (2) to study roles of educational officers in school work of Thung-Maha-Charoen Sub-district. Wang-Nam-Yen District, Sa Kaeo Province; and (3) to study the correlation between transformational leadership of administrators and roles of educational officers in schools work of Thung-Maha-Charoen sub-district, Wang- Nam-Yen District, Sa Kaeo Province. Research methodology was a survey research. The population was educational personnel consisted of administrators, teachers, government employees, hired teachers and administrative teachers of schools in Thung-Maha-Charoen sub-district, Wang-Nam-Yen District, Sa Kaeo Province, total of 94 people. The sample, was 76 educational personnel, determined by Krejcie and Morgan's table, obtained via stratified random sampling technique. Research procedure consisted of 4 steps: (1) studying research problems; (2) research design; (3) data collection and data analysis; and (4) research paper writing. The instrument was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and Pearson product moment Correlation Coefficient. Major findings were as follow: 1) transformational leadership of administrators in Thung-Maha-Charoen Sub-district, Wang-Nam-Yen District, Sa Kaeo Province, was overall at high level; 2) roles of educational officers in school work of Thung-Maha-Charoen Sub-district, Wang-Nam-Yen District, Sa Kaeo Province, was overall at high level; and 3) the correlation between transformational leadership of administrators and roles of educational officers in schools work of Thung-Maha-Charoen sub-district, Wang- Nam-Yen District, Sa Kaeo Province, was overall at moderate.

This research aimed to study the current and the desirable states and to assess the priority need index of developing academic management of the secondary educational service area office Bangkok 1 zone 6 based on the concept of deeper learning. The informants were school directors, deputy directors and teachers, totally 227, in secondary schools in Bangkok 1 zone 6. The data were analyzed by mean and priority needs index modified (PNI_Modified). The research findings showed that, overall, the current and desirable states of developing academic management of the secondary educational service area office Bangkok 1 zone 6 based on the concept of deeper learning were at a moderate level and the highest level, respectively. The first priority need index fell on curriculum development (PNI_Modified = 0.40) followed by learning Management (PNI_Modified = 0.39) and evaluation (PNI_Modified = 0.37), respectively.

INVESTIGATING THE EDUCATIONAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF XUANCHENG ELECTROMECHANICAL COLLEGE, CHINA

The objective of this research were: 1) To explore the problems and needs of educational quality management in Xuancheng Electromechanical College. 2) To establish guidelines for quality management of Xuancheng Electromechanical College. THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT USING HISTORICAL METHOD WITH ONLINE MUSEUM-BASED LEARNING TO DEVELOP LOWER SECONDARY STUDENTS’ HISTORICAL THINKING SKILLS

This research article describes a pre-experimental study with two objectives. Firstly, to develop a learning management activity that enhances historical thinking skills through the use of historical inquiry and online museum learning. Secondly, to investigate the effectiveness of this activity in enhancing historical thinking skills among lower secondary students. The research sample comprised 35 third-year students from Taweethapisek School. The research instruments used in the study were a historical inquiry and online museum learning management activity, a historical thinking skills assessment with both multiple-choice and open-ended questions, and data analysis methods including mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and repeated measures analysis of variance. The research findings revealed that 1) the developed historical learning activity followed the process of historical learning methods, including (1) the problem determination stage, (2) the evidence gathering stage, (3) the evidence evaluation stage, (4) the interpretation stage, and (5) the presentation stage. The focus of all stages was the students’ analysis of the primary evidence. The activities used had been evaluated by experts as very good. 2) The developed activity effectively developed history thinking skills for lower secondary school students, as evidenced by statistically significant improvements at 0.5 in the students’ scores on the history thinking skills measurement instrument. After using multivariate analysis of variance, was found that the students’ scores were significantly higher at 0.5 in all six times of measurement.

This article aims to study the adversity quotient level of teachers in the school consortium 3 under the secondary educational service area office Ratchaburi. This research was descriptive research. The samples used in the research were 5 school directors, 5 deputy school principals, 40 heads of departments and 15 teachers, totaling 65 selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the adversity quotient level which is a 5-level rating scale of 20 items. Data were analyzed by using mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the overview of the adversity quotient level of teachers in the school consortium 3 under the secondary educational service area office Ratchaburi is at a moderate level. The Reach obtained the highest adversity quotient level which is in moderate level. Followed by the Origin and Ownership, the Endurance, and the Control obtained the lowest adversity quotient level which are also in moderate level.

There were 345 informants, including school directors 9 people, vice directors 39 people, and teachers 294 people. The research instruments were the needs assessment questionnaires of developing teacher of the secondary schools In Consortium Rayong 1 based on the concept of expert learner. The data was analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNI_modified. The research shows that the priority need index overall was 0.804 (PNI_modified = 0.804). Create and integrate knowledge was the highest priority need index (PNI_modified = 0.977) when analyzed each expert learner attribute aspect, followed by having the motivation and effort to learn (PNI_modified = 0.839), able to assess learning and give feedback (PNI_modified =0.787), knowledge and learning strategies (PNI_modified =0.776) and have learning goals (PNI_modified = 0.640), respectively. The guidelines for developing teachers of the Secondary School in Consortium Rayong 1 to be expert learner were Developing through project work assignments, and Self – directed learning.

The result showed that study the level of Teacher’s Digital Skills of school under Bangkok Metropolitan in Pathumwan District overall was at the medium level. The highest element of which was Digital Technology, followed by Digital Security and Digital Communication & Collaborative, and the lowest level was Digital Creative and Innovation respectively.

The instruments used in the study were questionnaires, assessment forms, and semi-structured interviews. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation. The research results revealed that: 1) The new English language learning management system according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) at the secondary level is linked to overall and individual educational quality assurance to a large extent, 2) Development and verification of the model There are 3 components: (1) organizing new English language learning according to the European Union's Language Proficiency Reference Framework (CEFR), including (2) The K-POLC (3) The educational quality assurance and 3) Results of the assessment of new English language learning management according to the European Union's Language Proficiency Reference Framework (CEFR) at the secondary level, linked to educational quality assurance in terms of feasibility and usefulness according to the issues in Examining all 5 items, namely 1) Providing knowledge, 2) Planning, 3) Organizing, 4) Leading, and 5) Controlling, it was found that all 5 items were most likely and beneficial.

This research article aims to study the needs assessment in academic management development of the secondary schools under Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area based on the concept of environmentally friendly lifestyle. This study was conducted with descriptive research methods. The population was 18 secondary schools under Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area. There were 144 informants, including school directors, academic deputy directors, department heads, and teachers. The research instruments were the needs assessment questionnaires of developing academic management of the secondary schools under Nonthaburi Secondary Educational Service Area based on the concept of environmentally friendly lifestyle, and the reliability is 0.966. The data was analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNI_Modified.. The research shows that the priority need index overall was 0.448 (PNI_Modified = 0.448). Instruction aspect was the highest priority need index (PNI_Modified = 0.451) when analyzed each academic management aspect, followed by curriculum development (PNI_Modified = 0.449) and assessment (PNI_Modified = 0.444), respectively. When considering in terms of environmentally friendly lifestyle, the environmental awareness was the highest priority needs index in three aspects of academic management.

The main objectives of this research were to: 1) study the current and desirable states of the social and emotional learning skills of Triamudomsuksapattanakarn school teachers; 2) study the priority needs of the social and emotional learning skills of Triamudomsuksapattanakarn school teachers. This study was conducted using a descriptive research approach. The population was Triamudomsuksapattanakarn school. The informants were a school director, 4 vice directors, and 207 teachers, totally 212. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the current state and the desirable state of Triamundompattanakarn school teachers’ social and emotional learning skills. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNImodified. The research results showed that, overall, the current state of social and emotional learning skills was at a moderate level, while the desirable state was, overall, at the highest level. The research results also showed that the priority need index, overall, was 0.769 (PNImodified = 0.769), with the highest PNI modified on relationship skill (PNImodified = 0.931), followed by self-awareness (PNImodified = 0.809), and responsible decision making (PNImodified = 0.753), respectively.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF A GUIDED INQUIRY-BASED ACTIVITY PACKAGE FOR PROMOTING THE INTEGRATED SCIENCE PROCESS SKILLS AND SCIENTIFIC REASONING OF GRADE 5 STUDENT

The objectives of this research article were 1) to develop the Guided Inquiry-Based Activity Pack for promoting science process skills, scientific reasoning, and learning achievement of Prathomsuksa 5 students, and 2) to study the results of using the activity package. The sample group were 46 Prathomsuksa 5 students at a private school in Bangkok through cluster random sampling. The pre-experimental research was used in this research. The Inquiry-Based Activity Package included booklet for teacher and students, five lesson plans about “Change of substance” concept and tests. The statistics used in the study were percentage, the mean and standard deviation. t-test for Dependent Sample and t-test for One-Sample was used in hypothesis testing. The results showed that 1) all components of the developed Inquiry-Based Activity Package are in high quality based on the assessment of the experts at the most appropriate level. 2) The students’ science process skills, scientific reasoning, and learning achievement mean scores, in overall and each component, after implementing the activity package were higher than the ability before implementation with a statistical significance of .01 level. When compared the scores after implementing the activity set with the criteria at 70%, there is only the science achievement scores passed the criteria with statistical significance at the .01 level, while the students’ science process skills and scientific reasoning scores were less than the determined criteria with statistical significance of .01 level.

The purpose of this research was to study the priority needs of private elementary school administration based on the concept of future career skills. The research population was 2,169 private elementary schools under the Office of Private Education. were 338 private elementary schools using a multi-stage random sampling method. The research tools were questionnaires. Data were analyzed using statistics, frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation. and the required index value The results revealed that the overall priority needs index for school administration was (PNI_modified = 0.160) In term of academic administration had sub-elements, measurement and evaluation was the highest index of essential needs (PNI_modified = 0.167), curriculum development (PNI_modified = 0.165), teaching and learning management (PNI_modified = 0.160). While general administration, sub-elements learning space arrangement had the highest index of necessary needs (PNI_modified = 0.156) and the provision of technology for education had the lowest order of essential needs index (PNI_modified = 0.153). As the result of future career skills, the advanced cognitive skills had the highest index of essential needs (PNI_modified = 0.174), followed by physical skills (PNI_modified = 0.167), technological skills (PNI_modified = 0.161), social and emotional skills (PNI_modified = 0.158). Basic (PNI_modified = 0.141) had the lowest order of need index value.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HAPPINESS IN WORKING AND TEACHING EFFICIENCY OF TEACHERS IN POTINIMITWITTAYAKOM SCHOOL

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of teachers’ happiness in working 2) to study the level of teachers' teaching efficiency and 3) to study the relationship between happiness in working and the efficiency in teaching among teachers. A sample of participants were 63 Potinimitwittayakom School teachers. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient hypothesis testing. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The overall happiness of teachers was at ‘Happy level’. The dimension with the highest mean was Happy Family, followed by Happy Soul, and the dimension with the lowest mean was Happy Relax. 2) The overall teachers' teaching efficiency was at ‘High level’. The aspect with the highest average was the aspect of enhancing students' success, followed by the creation of various teaching and learning activities and the aspect with the lowest mean was showing interest in teaching and 3) The relationship between happiness in working and the efficiency in teaching among teachers were correlated positively. It was statistically significant at the .01 level with a high correlation. The dimension with the highest correlation was the third dimension, generosity (Happy Heart), followed by the seventh dimension, curiosity (Happy Brain) and the lowest correlation was the first dimension, good health (Happy Body) all of these dimensions were intermediate level.

This research article aims to study the current situation. Desirable Conditions and Needs of Academic Administrative Development of Private Kindergartens in Bangkok Based on the concept of self-care skills of early childhood children This research uses a descriptive research method. The research tool was a questionnaire by collecting data from a sample of administrator or teacher Private kindergartens in Bangkok under the Office of the Private Education Commission, a total of 212 students were selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by research statistics: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the required index value (PNI_modified) The findings of the study were as follows: 1) current conditions and desirable conditions and needs for the development of academic administration of private kindergartens in Bangkok; Based on the concept of self-care skills of early childhood children, it was found that the overall present condition was at a high level. The overall desirable condition was at the highest level. 2) Necessary needs for the development of academic administration of private kindergartens in Bangkok. Based on the concept of self-care skills of early childhood children, it was found that the aspect with the highest need was household assistance skills (PNI_modified = 0.079), followed by nutritional skills (PNI_modified = 0.053), hygiene skills (PNI_modified = 0.048), clothing skills (PNI_modified = 0.045) and safety skills (PNI_modified = 0.042).

AN INVESTIGATE OF THE CURRENT SITUATION OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION IN HIGH SCHOOL: A CASE STUDY OF FUZHOU HIGH SCHOOL OF FUJIAN PROVINCE, CHINA

The propose of this research were: 1) to investigate of the Current Situation of academic administration in high school of Fu Zhou High School. 2) to propose guideline of academic administration in High School of Fu Zhou High School. The samples of this research were 115 teachers, and 35 school administrators from the Fuzhou High School , Fujian Province. The sample size obtained by using Taro Yamane Formula. The stratified random sampling technique is used to sample the entire population. The research instruments were questionnaire and set of question for focus group discussion. The questions were reviewed and checked by three experts and the methodology of valuation used was the IOC. The statistics used for analyzing data include frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations. According to the results, the current situation of academic administration in high school of Fu Zhou High School showed that the overall level of academic administration in high schools is at high level. The highest value is media setting for instruction is at the high level and the lowest value is coordination and cooperation on developing academic administration is at high level. For the guideline of academic administration, it can be show that a) Schools should focus on teaching, minimize the impact of activities on normal teaching, and consider increasing several courses in order to ensure the quality of teaching b) The schools should promote the standardization and institutionalized management of curriculum construction c) Schools could hold different activities to practice and test the student d) Improve the professional qualities of the teachers obviously, the test is designed and carried out by teachers, so the teachers themself are the key in test and evaluation.

THE PRIORITY NEEDS FOR ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT OF POTISARNPITTAYAKORN SCHOOL BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF MEDIA LITERACY

This research article aimed to: 1) study the current and desirable states of academic management based on the concept of media literacy; 2) explore the priority needs of academic management of Potisarnpittayakorn School based on the concept of media literacy. It applied descriptive research. The population used in this research was Potisarnpittayakorn School. The informants were 5 administrators and 120 teacher of Potisarnpittayakorn School, totally 125 people. The research tools were a questionnaire on the current state and the desirable state of academic administration at Potisarnpittayakorn School according to the concept of media literacy Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and priority need index (PNI-modified). The research results showed that the current state of academic management of Potisarnpittayakorn School based on the concept of media literacy was, overall, at a high level (PNI_modified), while the desirable state was, overall, at the highest level and the overall desirable condition was at the highest level. The highest need for development was evaluation (PNI_modified = 0.271), followed by school curriculum development (PNI_modified =0.232) and learning process development (PNI modified = 0.219), respectively. The above research results showed the need to promote the development of academic administration for learners to have media literacy so that students can choose to receive, analyze, and evaluate the credibility of the media and be able to apply the information obtained from it. The media can be used for the benefit of daily life. avoiding victimized by any distorted information and being able to wisely and consciously consume the media.
