DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT MODEL IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COLLEGE

Abstract

The purposes of this research and development study were to 1) Study of the components of supply chain management  at vocational education colleges. 2) Study of the current state and the desirable  condition of supply chain management at vocational education colleges. 3) Development of form supply chain management at vocational education college and evaluation of supply chain management at vocational education college. 4) Study of the usage results of the supply chain management model at vocational education college. The study was divided into 4 stages. In the first stages, Analysis of the components of supply chain management. In the second stages, study of current condition and the desirable condition of Supply chain management at vocational education colleges. In the third stages, the development of the supply chain management model at vocational education colleges and evaluation of the supply chain management model at vocational education colleges by the experts. In the final stage, A study of the usage results of supply chain management model at vocational education colleges. The  results  were  as  follows:


            1) Components of supply chain management at vocational education colleges is the systematic include consist of 5 parts: 1) Suppliers 2) Inputs 3) Processes 4) Output 5) Customers.


            2) Analysis of current conditions and desirable conditions in supply chain management at vocational education colleges. In general, there are recessary requirements in order from descending order is research and innovation,  risk management,  information technology,  organize the event,  relationship management,  strategic planning,  quality and standard,  performance management and teaching management.


            3) The supply chain management model at vocational education college consists of


5 parts, Part 1 input factors include 1) Suppliers 2) input, Part 2  processes include 1) research and innovation 2) risk management 3) information technology 4) organize the event 5) relationship management 6) strategic planning 7) quality and standard 8) performance management 9) teaching management, Part 3 productivity include 1) output 2) customer, Part 4 feedback include: 1) the goals traceability 2) factor design / process / output 3) research the requirements/satisfaction.


            Evaluation of property standards and utility standard of supply chain management model at vocational education colleges, Overall, there are property standards found to be the most appropriate. utility standard at the highest level.


            4) The results of the supply chain management model used in vocational colleges, 60 persons of vocational colleges Satisfied with student characteristics The personnel characteristics and College Potential as a whole were at the highest level. Entrepreneur / employers are satisfied with student characteristics and College Potential as a whole is at the highest level.
