Abstract

         The research objective is to generate and develop a model of arts activities based on multiple intelligences to enhance ASEAN citizenship. The research methodology is research and development (R&D) in the Western region education area (the lower central part). The experimental areas used are: 1) Kanchanaburi province, and 2) Nakornpathom province. The sample comprised students from grade 3 and students from grade 6. Quantitative analysis of data used to find the frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean value, standard deviation and, in the case of qualitative data from the documents and interviews using content analysis, the study found the following:

          1. The Model of Arts Activities based on multiple intelligences. Triple A model consists of 3 principles. The 5 elements in art activities design included A: Arts Activities,  A: ASEAN Community (ASEAN), and A: Attitude, which consists of the following 5 elements: (1) Concept, (2) a principle that focuses on citizenship, (3) goal/essence orientation, (4) determination of evidence and evaluation, and (5) the formulation of learning activities; 2. the results of the experiment of using the Model of Arts Activities based on multiple intelligences found that the multiple intelligence ability of students grades 3 and 6 are at moderate level. Also, ASEAN citizenship are at the moderate level. Moreover, the satisfaction with using the Model of Arts activities based on multiple intelligences for both the student grades of both schools at the high level; 3. the Model of Arts Activities based on the Multiple Intelligences to Enhance ASEAN Citizenship assessment form teacher interviews found that Arts Activities based on Multiple Intelligences to Enhance ASEAN Citizenship had benefits.
