ภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ เป็นแนวคิดที่ กรีนลีฟ ได้นำเสนอเมื่อปี 1970 โดยมีจุดเน้นที่บทบาทในการนำโดยใช้การสั่งการให้น้อยที่สุดและผู้นำเพิ่มบทบาทการเป็นผู้ให้บริการแก่ผู้ตามมากขึ้น กรีนลีฟชี้ให้เห็นมโนทัศน์ของภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ว่า เป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่วัฒนธรรมใหม่  โดยสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมภาวะผู้นำในเชิงบวก ประสบการณ์และผลของการนำโดยนำเสนอคุณลักษณะ 10 ประการของภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้

Abstract

Servant Leadership was created by Robert K. Greenleaf in 1970. The core basis of servant leadership is that the least with directing other people and more to do with serving them. The concept of servant leadership is to change the culture of leadership by creating a positive leadership environment, experience, and result toward ten characteristics of servant Leadership.
