Abstract
การเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 ส่งผลต่อวิถีชีวิตของคนในสังคม ระบบการศึกษาจึงจำเป็นต้องพัฒนา
เพื่อตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นนี้ด้วย เดิมการศึกษามุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนมีทักษะเพียงอ่านออกเขียนได้
(Literacy) เทา่ นั้น แตส่ ำหรับในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตอ้ งมุง่ เนน้ ใหผู้เ้ รียนเกิดการเรียนรู ้ การปฏิบัติ และการสรา้ งแรงบันดาลใจ
ไปพร้อมกัน กล่าวคือ จะไม่เป็นเพียงผู้รับ (Passive Learning) อีกต่อไป แต่ผู้เรียนต้องฝึกการเรียนรู้จากการลงมือ
ปฏิบัติและการแสวงหาความรู้ด้วยตนเอง (Active Learning) โดยมีครูเป็น “โค้ช” ที่คอยออกแบบการเรียนรู้ ช่วยให้
ผู้เรียนบรรลุผลได้ ประการสำคัญ คือ ครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 จะต้องไม่ตั้งตนเป็น “ผู้รู้” แต่ต้องแสวงหาความรู้ไป
พร้อมๆ กันกับผู้เรียนในขณะเดียวกัน
The changes in the 21st century, which affected the lives of many people, the education system
must develop and respond to the changes that happen. Formerly, the education system focused on the
students with just the Literacy skills, while the education in the 21st century must focus on the students
to learn, practice and inspire along the way. Students are not just passive learning anymore, but they
have to what so called “learning by doing” and pursuit knowledge by themselves. Teachers will be a
“Coach” to design the learning method and help the students to achieve. The most important, the teachers
in the 21st century will not establish to be “Content Expert”, but they have to learn together with the students.
