The majority of entrepreneurs understand that this concept is costly and difficult to implement. In reality, small and medium enterprises can engage well with this concept, because they are more independent, with faster corporate communication due to less complex organizational structures, which can be adapted and implemented in a flexible way, especially the product development process that gives customers satisfaction; including motivation and loyalty. Long-term cost reduction leads to competitive advantage. Therefore, the government should promote small business operators in Thailand to realize the importance and benefits that the organization will receive from implementing CSR. This will result in sustainable business growth.
2018-06-28T00:22:33+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/FEU/article/view/101777 The Causal Factors Influencing Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Staff in Rajabhat University in Bangkok 2018-06-28T22:34:24+07:00 ธนาวุฒิ ประกอบผล tanawut.pr@kmitl.ac.th
The purpose of this research were 1) to study level of the orgznizational citizenship behaviors of staff in Rajabhat University in Bangkok. 2) to develop a causal model of the organizational citizenship behaviors of staff in Rajabhat University in Bangkok 3) to examine the causal model of the organizational citizenship behaviors of staff in Rajabhat University in Bangkok and 4) to study the direct effect and indirect effect of the organizational citizenship behaviors of staff in Rajabhat University in Bangkok.
