Since 2015, FEU Academic Review Journal (Volume 8, Issue 2) started publishing online Journal (ISSN: 2651-107X). The objective is to be a medium of publishing academic works, research works and creative works both in Thai and English in the fields of Business Administration and Management. Population was consumers who decided to buy used car from used car dealer in Phetchaburi province and sample size was 400. Sampling techniques employed included stratified sampling, quota sampling, and simple random sampling. Questionnaires were used as data collection tool. The statistics utilized in preliminary data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The research were found that 1) the marketing mixed was, in overall, in high level, <br> 2) the integrated marketing communications was, in overall, in high level, 3) the decision making was, in overall, in highest level, and 4) factors affecting the decision making for buying used cars of consumers from used car dealer in Phetchaburi province included age, status, occupation, income, price, place, people, process, sales promotion, viral marketing and merchandising at 0.05 statistically significant level.</p> 2019-03-27T19:16:08+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## Setting up the Independent Study of the Undergraduate Students in the “Institutions and Economic Systems” Course 2019-03-27T21:13:46+07:00 ชินสัคค สุวรรณอัจฉริย กมล สุวรรณรัตน์ <p>The objective of this research was aimed 1) to examine problems and obstacles in learning and the needs for student activities, method for setting up the independent study and 2) to compare learning outcomes between traditional learning and independent study of the undergraduate students in the ‘Institutions and&nbsp; Economic Systems’ course. The questionnaires were used as a research instrument, enquiring the respondent’s opinion about problems and obstacles in learning and the needs for student activities. The sample included the undergraduate students who had ever enrolled in the Institutions and Economic Systems’ subject, a total of 98 people during 2015 - 2016. The results are expected that it would be further developed according to the planned course goals. The quasi-experimental research was adopted. The students’ learning outcomes between traditional learning and independent study were compared. The samples were divided into two groups; each group of 15 subjects, who have never enrolled the Institutions and Economic Systems’ course. In data analysis, the statistics implemented included percentage, mean and standard deviation.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results demonstrated the problems and obstacles and the need for student activities;&nbsp;&nbsp; excessive lecture hours (92 percent), and lack of practice in courses for sure of clearer concepts (89 percent), and a desire to widen the knowledge gained from&nbsp; lectures <br> (76 percent), the number of activities should be increased to gain more new knowledge <br> (69 percent), method for setting up the independent study to achieve the planned course goals&nbsp; and the required learning through lecture represented 22.5 hours, and the remaining of 22.5 hours for independent study, independents study outside the classroom included 40 hours. The learning outcomes of the students given the independent study represented an average of 2.78 (M = 2.78, SD = 0.45) at fair satisfaction level, higher than traditional learning outcomes; an average of 1.97 (M = 1.97, SD = 0.52), at less satisfaction level.</p> 2019-03-27T19:30:00+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## Policy Proposal Management Special Economic Zone in Sakaeo Province 2019-03-27T21:13:47+07:00 ภานุมาศ ฉัตรพิทักษ์โชค <p>This research aimed to A Study of the Potential for the Management of the Special Economic Zone in Sa Kaeo Province, problems, obstacles, and policy proposals for applying into Sa Kaeo Special Economic Development Zone. Research samples consisted of 2 representatives from the government agency in policy-making level, 24 representatives from local working group and 8 persons from local administration and community leader. This research is classified as a qualitative research. The tools used for data collection were structured interview forms and group focusing forms. It would provide the students characteristics of acceptance of multicultural, respect the right of others and cohabitation in a multicultural society of 3 groups were 1) text book, research, and 20 related articles using purposive sampling to analyze the indicators of teaching competency. 2) 9 Lecturers from Chiang Mai University and Chiang Mai Rajabhat University who are interested in teaching and learning about ethnic group, by using purposive sampling. 3) 900 students in ethnic diversity classrooms from secondary schools in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Tak by using stratified random sampling method. This group of sample was use for exploratory factor analysis of teaching competency in ethnic diversity classrooms. The research tools were 1) teaching behavior analysis form 2) the questionnaire on suitability indicators of teacher behavior and 3) the questionnaire on teaching behavior in ethnic diversity classroom. Data was analyzed using content analysis, average, standard deviation and exploratory factor analysis (EFA).&nbsp; <br> The results of the study showed that the 4 factors of teaching competency in ethnic diversity classroom were 1) ethnic student rights respecting 2) teaching technique in ethnic diversity classroom 3) the creation of identity and 4) understanding ethnic student. This was a qualitative research employed the in-depth interviews and focused group for collecting data from key informants of Tung Thong community enterprise group, government and private sectors. Further group were selected including Tahling Chan community enterprise (in Amphoe Mueang), Ban Than louk On community enterprise (in Amphoe U-Thong), and the Mai To Raew community enterprise (in Amphoe Dan Chang). The population-based study there are 64 social education teachers purposively selected the samples were 50. Using the ADDIE Model to design and develop innovative media. There are steps as follows. Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research tools were 1) Surveys demand for online media, social studies. 2) Online media bank in social studies. 3) Evaluation of using online media bank in social studies. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results were found that Most media using the diagram and select media from the print media the most. Most of the social studies teachers want to use more online media to develop skills in using online media type lessons help teach better especially economics. The development of the online media bank is divided into five topics : Religion, Duty Citizenship, History,&nbsp; Economics and Geography. Have a lesson plan General Knowledge and Testing. Can be used according to the needs of the teacher. Most of the media is online media from the Internet, computer Assisted Instruction, documentary. Content is knowledge in many forms and is computerized. The results of the evaluation using Online Media Bank in Social Studies for Phrapariyatthidhamma School Teachers, for teachers in the school. The research sample consisted of 35 students in Mathayomsuksa 5/1 students, Samakkee Vittayathan School, Muang District, Chiang Mai Province. by Cluster random sampling. The research instruments were 1) a problem-based learning plan 2) the test of learning achievement on social problems in Thailand. and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3) creative problem solving thinking test. Data were analyzed using the mean, standard deviation and t-test. The research found that 1) the problem-based learning management plan designed according to the concept of the Secretariat of the Council of Education, Ministry of <br> Education contained 8 learning plans. The developed learning plans could improve student achievement. 2) students’ s learning achievement after using the developed plans were higher than before, with the statistical significance at .05 level 3) the average value of their creative problem solving thinking skills was 3.41 and a standard deviation 0.49 which was at the “good” level.</p> 2019-03-27T20:04:24+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## Teamwork Perception of International Conference Participants through Salad Bowl Game 2019-03-27T21:13:52+07:00 ทรงศรี สรณสถาพร นภวรรณ แย้มชุติ อุไรรัตน์ แย้มชุติ <p>The objectives of this study were: 1) to study perception of teamwork and 2) to find the relationship between the goal orientation factor and the emotive action factor after playing salad bowl game. The purposes of this game are to facilitate teamwork, to practice critical thinking, to solve problem, and to listen to others’ opinion. Devices used for playing game are jigsaws which authors created by themselves. Technique of this game is that the players have to find a missing jigsaw to complete their tasks. The subjects of this study were all participants (174) registered at an international conference. Questionnaires were used for asking perception of teamwork. The questionnaire was verified by experts, and the Cronbach’s alpha reliability efficiency was 0.98. Mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation were used for data analysis. The results reveal that 1) perception of teamwork as a whole is at the high level (µ = 4.48, <em>SD</em> = .41), in term of the goal orientation factor is at the highest level (µ = 4.50, <em>SD</em> = .41) and the emotive action factor is at the high level (µ = 4.45, <em>SD</em> = .45). 2) There were statistically significant relationship between the goal orientation factor and the emotive action factor at the high level (<em>r</em> = .750, <em>p</em> &lt; 0.01).</p> 2019-03-27T20:16:58+07:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
