This study based on the cross-sectional descriptive studies. The samples were all the patients who were acupuncture. These included 190 patients taking their one-stop acupuncture services, and 120 patients taking their non-one-stop acupuncture services by 2 - independent mean and estimated Cohen's effect size with the sample size, used in this study was a questionnaire. At last, descriptive and logistic regression statistics were both used to analyze the data.</p> <p>The results of the study revealed that 1) intention it showed that the patients intentions of taking their acupuncture services in relations with its significant difference of (p &lt; 0.001) 2) attitude and perceived behavioral controls, it showed that the patients’ intentions of taking their acupuncture services in relations to their attitudes and perceived behavioral control, with its significant difference of (p - value &lt; 0.001), were rated at a moderate level, meanwhile their intentions of taking acupuncture in comparison with the subjective norms, with its significant difference of (p - value &lt; 0.05) was rated at a low level 3) demographic, clinical, and other factors, as well as their intention, it was revealed that factors statistically significant associated with&nbsp; acupuncture-taking behaviors were&nbsp; non-government employees/state enterprise employees, prior experiences in taking acupunctures, no healthcare takers, reasonable prices, and good intentions of taking acupunctures&nbsp; (p - value &lt; 0.05).</p> Rattana Klaewklar, Dr. Chidchanok Ruengorn, Dr. Buranin Cheewasakunyong ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/FEU/article/view/77839 Thu, 27 Dec 2018 00:24:09 +0700 The Competency Development of Secondary School Teachers for ASEAN Community https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/FEU/article/view/101636 <p>The main objective of this research was to develop secondary school teachers’ competency for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Community which consisted of additional particular purposes as follows: 1) to study secondary school teachers’ competency, ways to develop secondary school teachers’ competency and procedure of secondary school teachers’ competency for ASEAN Community. 2) to construct and validate secondary school teachers’ competency for ASEAN Community. 3) to assess the liability and the advantage for The Competency Development of Secondary School Teachers for ASEAN Community. Research procedure followed two phases. Phase 1: constructing and validating secondary school teachers’ competency development for ASEAN Community through Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research (EDFR.) techniques. This phase had three steps. Step 1: constructed and validated secondary school teachers’ competency development for ASEAN by applying technique research of EDFR; analyzing, and synthesizing for concepts and theories on competency, interviewed 5 experts to construct the draft. Step 2: Verified the draft of secondary school teachers’ development, applied technique research of EDFR for the 1<sup>st</sup> round. Collected data from 17 experts by questionnaire. Step 3: Verified the draft of secondary school teachers’ development, applied technique research of EDFR for the 2nd round. Collected data from the same 17 experts by questionnaire. The instruments of this study were 1) 7 Science subject learning plans of using Brain-Based Learning Provision in acid-base solution for 15 periods, evaluated by the experts. <br> 2) the learning achievement evaluation form in acid-base solution and retention in learning (KR-20=0.87). The comparison of learning achievement in Science subject before and after Brain–Based Learning Provision and paired t-test were 11.903 and p&lt;.01, meaning the students&nbsp; who learned from Brain–Based Learning Provision in acid-base solution gained higher scores with the statistical significance at .01 level. The analyzing of learning retention after Brain–Based Learning Provision was done through two same post tests that were administered 2 weeks apart. The paired t-test were found at -2.024 and p&gt;.01, meaning the students who learned from Brain–Based Learning Provision in acid-base solution had retention in learning. The research method is divided into 2 phases: 1) study and requirement: the questionnaires were used as the research tool for 384 respondents; and 2) design and development of ontology of health tourism in Thailand: Protégé program as the research tool. The questionnaires for evaluation were used as the research tool for 5 experts. The data was analyzed by frequency, mean and standard deviation.</p> <p>The results revealed 218 males and 166 females. Most of them had no experience in 194 health tourism, 333 were interested in health tourism and 292 people has no experience in searching for health information. The most searched information is hotel information ( &nbsp;= 4.51), followed by location information ( &nbsp;= 4.48) and product information ( &nbsp;= 4.41). The development of ontologies for health tourism consists of 8 main classes: Accommodation, Restaurants, Activities, Place, Attraction, Health Tour, Products and Location. (2) to find the pattern of the causal model customer loyalty relationship of the hypermarket retail business in Lampang province. The data obtained from the questionnaire were used by the purposive sampling from 384 customers who used the hypermarket retail business services in Lampang province, and were analyzed and carried out with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics to analyze the structural equation model to identify the hypothesis testing relationship between variables. The findings of the research revealed that the harmonious inspection of model and the evidence-based were good, with a value of X<sup>2 </sup>= 4.850, p = 0.088, X<sup>2</sup>/df = 2.425, GFI = 0.995, CFI = 0.998, RMR = 0.005, RMSEA = 0.061. It indicated that the impact of the customer satisfaction had an influence in the confidence, the service marketing mix was influential in the customer satisfaction, and the customer satisfaction had an influence in the customer royalty. Exceptionally, the service marketing mix and the confidence had no affected on the customer loyalty. Furthermore, the service marketing mix were not influential in the confidence. The samples included 16 supervisors in charge of training evaluation. Questionnaire was used as a research instrument. Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were employed in data analysis.</p> <p>The study shown that the satisfaction of the supervisors were rated at a high level in all aspects: computer skills (4.30), personality (4.19), and language skills (4.01) respectively.</p> <p>Regarding the highest satisfaction of each aspect, the result showed that in terms of personality; the supervisors were satisfied with the students’ friendliness, savings, faithful, teamwork, social responsibility, self - confidence, work effectively, time management and self-improvement, respectively. Followed with Language skills; Reading skills, listening, and speaking English. The result were as follow : Attitude all 3 factors include cognitive, affective and behavioral were affecting purchase intention on house brand products. This research employed the multi-stage sampling methods with 400 survey questionnaires in collecting data from groups of customers who had been getting veterinary services from the hospital in Suphanburi. The descriptive statistics utilized in analysis are, for example, percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, test hypothesis with Inferential Statistics: Multiple regression analysis (MRA). The results show that; product is the only marketing mix factors which influences the decision to use veterinary hospital services at the statistical significant level of 0.05. Public health and environment division, Nongphueng sub-district municipality, Saraphi district, Chiang Mai province.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The research consists of five stages: 1) Study the current situation of emergency medical services 2) Analysis and design emergency medical services information management system using swim lane flowchart 3) Analysis, design and develop information management system based on system development life cycle with incremental model, relational database model and Model-View-Controller software architecture 4) Evaluate the success of information management system using DeLone &amp; McLean model (2003) 5) Evaluate the emergency medical services information management system by CIPP model.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The research found that emergency medical services information consists of three parts: 1) emergency medical operations 2) public services 3) public health information. The emergency medical services information management system is able to manage all three parts and available via the internet. The evaluation of the success of information management system found that the mean of user satisfaction was 4.53, the mean of information quality was 4.39, the mean of information management system quality was 4.23 and the mean of service quality was 4.16, respectively. The emergency medical services information management system allows the administrator and staff to access information for planning and develop in the future.
