Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ (1) เพื่อศึกษาทักษะการบริหารด้านเทคนิคของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ (2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการบริหารด้านเทคนิคกับกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 20 โรงเรียน ปี รวมทั้งสิ้น 333 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็น แบบสอบถามทักษะการบริหารด้านเทคนิคกับกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูผู้สอนมีความคิดเห็นว่า ในการปฏิบัติงานทักษะการบริหารด้านเทคนิคกับกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการบริหารด้านเทคนิคกับกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยการวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน พบว่า โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ เมื่อพิจารณาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เป็นรายด้านพบว่า คู่ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูงสุด คือ ทักษะการบริหารด้านเทคนิคกับด้านการประเมินผลการนิเทศ โดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูง ส่วนคู่ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับต่ำสุด คือ ทักษะการบริหารด้านเทคนิคกับด้านการสร้างเครื่องมือและการพัฒนาวิธีการโดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลาง
This research aimed (1) to investigate the technical administration skills of the administrators in the educational extended schools in Fang District, Chiang Mai Province (2) to study the supervision process in the educational extended schools in Fang District, Chiang Mai Province (3) to investigate the relationship between the technical administration skills and the supervision process in the educational extended schools in Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. The population used in this study was the teachers in the educational opportunities expansion schools in Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. The subjects of this study were the teachers from 20 schools in the academic year of 2014. There were totally 333 people. The tools used in this research were questionnaires about the technical administration skills and the supervision process in the educational opportunities expansion schools in Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. The data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient analysis.
The findings were as follows: The teachers agreed that the performances of the technical administration skills and the supervision process in the educational opportunities expansion schools in Fang District, Chiang Mai Province were shown at a high level. According to the results of studying the relationship between the technical administration skills and the supervision process in the educational opportunities expansion schools in Fang District, Chiang Mai Province by using Pearson’s correlation coefficient analysis, it was found that the overall relationship was positive at a high level and statistically significant at the level of .01 according to the hypothesis as set. When considering each aspect, it was shown that the correlation coefficient with the highest relationship was the technical administration skills and the supervision evaluation indicating the high relationship while the correlation coefficient with the lowest relationship was the technical administration skills and the tool creation and the procedure development showing the moderate relationship.
