The Situations and Problems of Learning to Enhance Creative Thinking of Children for The Lower Northern Kindergarten Public School Teachers

Abstract

        การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของครูปฐมวัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภาคเหนือตอนล่าง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูปฐมวัย จากสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาภาคเหนือตอนล่าง จำนวน 722 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเสนอในรูปของร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูปฐมวัยมีสภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยมีการดำเนินการในระดับน้อยที่สุดในด้านการใช้เทคนิคความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการจัดประสบการณ์ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการใช้วิธีการวัดและประเมินผลความคิดสร้างสรรค์อย่างหลากหลาย และด้านการจัดทำแผนการจัดประสบการณ์ที่ส่งเสริมทักษะความคิดและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ส่วนปัญหาในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีปัญหามากที่สุดในด้านขาดความเข้าใจในการใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ในการจัดประสบการณ์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ รองลงมาคือขาดความเข้าใจในการบูรณาการความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการจัดประสบการณ์ และ ขาดความเข้าใจและทักษะการใช้กระบวนการ/ขั้นตอน/วิธีการในการจัดประสบการณ์ความคิดสร้างสรรค์

        The purpose of this survey research was to study the situations and problems of learning to enhance creative thinking of children for the Lower Northern Kindergarten Public School Teachers. The samples in this work were 722 persons of the Lower Northern Kindergarten Public School Teachers. The research tool was opinion questionnaire form. The data were analyzed in terms of percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the mean of the situations of learning to enhance creative thinking of children for teachers was at a low level. The lowest mean of the situations was on the creative thinking techniques. Next below elements were the assessment and measurement of creative thinking and the preparation of lesson plans that promote thinking skills and creativity. The mean of the problems of learning to enhance creative thinking of children for teachers was at a high level. The highest mean of the problems was on Lacking of understanding of the media and resources in the creative learning. Next below elements were Lacking of understanding of the integration of the creative learning and Lacking of understanding and knowledge of the processes / steps / methods in the creative learning.
