กลวิธีการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของนักศึกษา วิทยาลัยพยาบาล กระทรวงสาธารณสุข

Abstract

อัตลักษณ์ เป็นผลที่เกิดแก่ผู้เรียนตามความตั้งใจของสถานศึกษา มีความสำคัญต่อภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อวิชาชีพพยาบาล การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลวิธีการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของนักศึกษา วิทยาลัย พยาบาล กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ศึกษาความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ของกลวิธีการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของนักศึกษา วิทยาลัยพยาบาล กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษากลวิธีการพัฒนา อัตลักษณ์ โดยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 9 คน แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ขั้นตอน ที่ 2 ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของกลวิธีการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ โดยการจัดกลุ่มสนทนา (Focus Group) จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้ของกลวิธีการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง จำนวน 40 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าที (t - test)

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลวิธีการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของนักศึกษา วิทยาลัยพยาบาล กระทรวงสาธารณสุข มี 11 กลวิธี ได้แก่ 1) กำหนดนโยบายให้บูรณาการกับทุกพันธกิจภายใต้การมีส่วนร่วม 2) จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติ 3) พัฒนาความรู้ และทักษะแก่อาจารย์และครูพี่เลี้ยง 4) พัฒนาสื่อเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 5) จัดการเรียนการสอนที่หลากหลาย 6) เป็น แบบอย่างที่ดีแก่นักศึกษา 7) จัดบรรยากาศองค์กรให้เป็นกัลยาณมิตร 8) ส่งเสริมให้เกิดการสะท้อนคิด 9) สนับสนุนให้ นักศึกษาทำกิจกรรมด้วยกระบวนการ PDCA 10) จัดกิจกรรมครอบครัวเสมือนอย่างต่อเนื่อง 11) ติดตามและประเมิน ผลเป็นระบบ ผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ทั้ง 11 กลวิธี พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมต่อการนำไป ปฏิบัติ และเมื่อนำกลวิธีไปตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้กับอาจารย์วิทยาลัยพยาบาล พบว่า ทุกข้อมีความเป็นไปได้สู่การนำ ไปปฏิบัติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001

Strategies to Develop the Nursing Students’ Identity in Nursing Colleges, Ministry of Public Health

professional formation. Therefore, it is important to build a positive students’ image and a strong professional nursing identity. This research used the mixed-method approach and aimed to: 1) explore strategies in order to develop a positive nursing students’ identity and self-image in nursing colleges under jurisdiction Ministry of Public Health, 2) study the appropriateness and feasibility of implementing those strategies at a larger scale. The research was divided into three (3) stages. Firstly, conceiving several strategies in order to develop a positive nursing students’ self-image (in-depth interviews of administrators were conducted and content analysis was used). Secondly, a discussion group among nine (9) experts was held, focusing on the appropriate strategies to adopt in order to built a strong positive nursing students’ identity. Thirdly, a feasibility study on implementing those strategies was conducted among 40 nurse instructors. Data were analyzed by using t – test. Results revealed as the following;

Eleven strategies were developed in order to reinforce the identity of the nursing students, including: 1) participatory policy setting and integration with all missions, 2) conducting road map, 3) development of information technology, 4) promoting competency of nurse instructors and mentors, 5) providing variety of teaching and learning methods, 6) role modeling, 7) promoting supportive and caring environment in institution, 8) facilitating reflection at individual, group, and institution level, 9) encouraging students to run project /activities with the PDCA process, 10) conducting virtual family, and 11) systematic monitoring and evaluation. The experts confirmed that those strategies were suitable for implementation. The nurse instructors identified the feasibility of those strategies for application at a statistically significant level of 0.001.
