Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), dependent t-Test, and One-way Analysis of Variance, The results showed as follows: working satisfaction of teachers’ the Demonstration School, Ramkhamhaeng University was at a high level (=3.86). Hypothesis testing resulted as follows: teachers with different position status had working satisfaction was no significance difference.
