The sample of the research was the school administrators and Deputy Director of Academic Affairs or Head of Academic Affairs Model in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 36, studying of the 2016 totaling 102 people by Stratified Sampling. The research tool used was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.991. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency (f) percentage (%) mean () standard deviation (S.D.) and One way ANOVA and post hoc test by Scheffe’ methods.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The results showed that 1) Overall, Academic Affairs Administration According to the Guidelines of STEM Education Model in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 36 was at the high level. Considering the individual aspects from the First 3 sequences is Affairs Administration of academic personnel development, Affairs Administration of learning and teaching, Affairs Administration of Research and Development. 2) Compare Academic Affairs Administration According to the Guidelines of STEM Education Model in Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 36 classified by school size as whole found that significantly differences at .05 level all dimensions.
