Abstract

Abstract

                The purposes of this research are  1) to survey the people's satisfaction with the services of provincial electricity authority Bung Sub–District, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province.  2) To compare the people’s satisfaction toward the service of provincial electricity authority. Bung Sub – District, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province with different gender, age, education, occupation, monthly income and the cost of electricity per month.  3) To study the suggestions for improve the service of the provincial electricity authority Bung Sub–District, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province. Total of 400 samples were using a formula of Taro Yamane is accidental sampling. Research tool is questionnaires. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics to find an average, standard deviation and analyze the data to test the hypothesis by using t-test and analysis of variance.

                The results of research show that:  1. Provincial electricity authority Bung Sub–District, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province’s customers with different gender find satisfaction of services both three sides of the provincial electricity authority Bung Sub–District, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province. Customers who havedifferent age, education, occupation, monthly income and the cost of electricity per month find different satisfaction of provincial electricity authority Bung Sub–District, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province.  2. Provincial electricity authority Bung Sub–District, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province’s customers find satisfaction with service staffs, good manners in service most.  3. Provincial electricity authority Bung Sub–District, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province’s customerswere suggest in service processes on the signs were indicate the position can be seen clearly. The service staff should be more the paid electricity officials. The news information, have to promoting electric mobility with the mass media.
