CORRELATION BETWEEN ORGANIZATION CLIMATES AND WORK MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES OF ROJANA INDUSTRIAL PARK, AYUTHAYA

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of organization climate and work motivation of employees at Rojana Industrial Park, Ayuthaya; 2) to compare between personal factors and employee’s work motivation of employees at Rojana Industrial Park, Ayuthaya; and 3) to study the relationship between organization climate and work motivation of  employees at Rojana Industrial Park, Ayuthaya. The data were collected from 400 permanent operators working at Rojana Industrial park by using questionnaire with reliability at 0.957. The statistics used to analyze data were descriptive included Mean, Percentage, Standard Deviation (S.D), Independent sample t-test, One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson correlation test.


    The research results were as follows:


    1) The organization climate in Rojana Industrial park has been at a high level.


    2) The work motivation level of employees in Rojana Industrial park has been at a high level.


    3) The employee with difference in sex, age, status, education level, position, work experience and average income per month with different total level of work motivation at significant level 0.05


    4) All of the organization climate are correlated with all work motivation of employees in Rojana Industrial Park in the same way at significant level 0.01
