Comparative Study on Problems of Professional Teaching Experience of Agricultural Education Students, Faculty of Industrial Education, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Academic Year 2014

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the problems of professional teaching experience of agricultural education students. 2) compare the problems of professional teaching experience by gender, grade point average, locations of practicing teaching, and studying subjects. The population in this research was 37 students from agricultural education, Faculty of Industrial Education, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang in academic year 2014. The instrument employed in the research was the questionnaire on problems of professional teaching experience of agricultural education students in academic year 2014. Results showed that 1) There were two problems of professional Teaching experience that were in moderate level: problems on teaching and problems on resources/learning plans/classes research respectively. Two problems of professional Teaching experience were in low level: problem on trainer and problem on supervisor. 2) The comparison of professional teaching experience indicted that different genders encountered the same problems of the four aspects. Different grade point average also had the same problems of the four aspects. Different locations of practicing teaching had the same problems of professional Teaching experience except from the problem on supervisor which had the different problem at statistical significance .05. And different studying subjects had no different in problems of the four aspects.
