Web–Based Instruction for Review on Standard of Network Connectivity for Vocational Certificate Students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to develop and find out the quality and efficiency of Web–Based Instruction (WBI) for Review on Standard of Network Connectivity for Vocational Certificate Students and to compare pretest and posttest achievement scores of subjects learning with WBI Review on Standard of Network Connectivity. The sample consisted of vocational certificate students in the business computer department of commerce Siam Business Administration Technological College academic year 2558 by the simple random sampling 1 classes overall 45 students. The research instruments included a WBI Review on Standard of Network Connectivity, a quality assessment form, a learning achievement test (with p = 0.28-0.75, r = 0.30-0.70, and KR-20 = 0.74). The data were analyzed by using mean (), standard deviation (S) and Paired t-test for dependent samples
The result showed that the quality of WBI Review on Standard of Network Connectivity were at a high level (= 4.36, S = 0.64) in the aspect of the lesson content and also the media production (
= 4.52, S = 0.51) with the efficiency of 81.11/82.67. The results of learning achievement tests showed that the post-test scores of the students were significantly higher than the pre-test scores (0.05)
