The DISCRIMINANT ANALYSIS OF POST OFFICES IN ARANYAPRATHET DISTRICT’S COMPETTIVE ADVANTAGE VIA THE COMPETENCY OF LOGISPOST’S LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The research was aimed to classify competitive advantage of post office in Aranyaprathet District, Srakaeo Provice via the logistics management of logispost. 223 respondents by questionnaire with purposive sampling method was undertaken, and analysis by frequency, percentage, factor analysis (principal component analysis) and discriminant analysis. The findings indicated that 1) service procedure management, accuracy and speed delivery can be conceptualized as component influencing on the competency of logistics management of logispost, the predicted group membership can classified into 2 groups 1) the people who use logispost service which decided that the post office in Aranyaprathet district has the competitive advantage of safety in transportation service; 57.3 percentage is accuracy of prediction and 2) the people who use logispost service which decided that the post office in Aranyaprathet district has the competitive advantage of accuracy and speed delivery; 56.1 percentage is accuracy of prediction.
