Abstract

Nowadays, herbs are increasingly needed in terms of health consumption for the people. Including raw materials used in many industries. Agricultural processing industry. Thai Traditional Medicine Industry Manufacturing industry develops herbal medicines. Herbal processing industries include herbal extracts, cosmetics, spa products and dietary supplements. Herbs make hundreds of millions of dollars a year to the nation. Based on industry assessment, Herbal industry is one potential industry. Sustainable development of the industry as a whole in the industry as a potential (First S-Curve) and is expected to be another mechanism to propel the economy to the future (New Engine of Growth) The preparation of personnel to support the development. Must start with education, especially in the field of agricultural education must have a system. Continuously develops teachers' potential including salary. Career Path Support for teacher development networking. The teacher will have to adjust the role. Develop an integrated learning system that focuses on action. The use of integrated technology in learning. Make learners self-learning.
