Abstract

This study aims to study the conceptual development of managing international culinary training center and their effectiveness. The conceptual development leads to conceptual context which is consistent with the training center. The concept for managing international culinary training center consists of planning, organizing, and controlling. And the concept for developing effectiveness consists of productivity, achievement, adaptability, and competitiveness. Both concepts can be developed to conceptual framework for further study.
