Model Environmental Management Buddhist Perspective in School

Abstract

This Research article aims to study state of environmental problems in educational
institions, to study Buddhist principles relating to protection, conservation and
menagement of environment in human life and to create the model of Buddhist
integrated environment management. The mixed methodology was employed in this
study. In-depth interview and focus group disscussion were used for data collection.
The fndings revealed that state of environmental problem and management
system in educational institutions must be integrated each other. The problems of
communication management, coordination, cooperation and controlling including
curriculum and teaching management in each level shoud be systemtic, concrete and
sustainable. In addition, the problem of personnel's participation is considerable.
The Buddhist principles suitable to apply in promoting environment management
are path of accomplishment (Iddhipāda). The methods of environment management
consisted of communication, coordination, cooperatism and controlling. It's called
