Abstract

This research entitled “Buddhist Integrating enhancement performance of police officers in the Saimai metropolitan police department”. This study had main aim of research of Buddhist Integrated approach to enhance performance of police officers. The result showed that : the Buddhist for enhancement preferment of police officers are (1) Brahmavihara 4 : The police officer should have loving-kindness (Metta), compassion (Karuna), sympathetic joy (Mudita) and equanimity (Upekkha),  (2) Iddhipada 4 : aspiration (Chanda), effort (Viriya), thorthfulness (Citta) and reasonable (Vimamsa), (3) Sangahavatthu 4 : charity (Dana), convincing speech (Piyavaca), rendering service (Atthacaniya) and even (Samanuttata) and (4) Bala 5 : confidence (Saddha), effort (Viriya), mindfulness (Sati), concentration (Samadhi) and wisdom (Panna) The Buddhist principles improve the performance of police officers to work efficiency, to work with co-worker in good mind, kindness and responsibility.
