BUDDHIST ETHICS AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT FOR LIFELONG LEARNING

Abstract

Buddhist ethics for improving a career in lifelong learning. In this context, we would study and compile the Buddhism’s attitude from teachings of Buddha that is the main purpose of Buddhism by taking the information collected from the attitude to compile to the point of view in current Buddhist ethics and that result from this method would be considered as a comparison between Buddhist ethics and career development in lifelong learning.        

          Buddhist ethics would be studied together with career development in lifelong learning is the Buddhist ethics, namely, Benjasiri Bencharath and Arimkha, with 6 virtues and moral principles, namely, sermons, 3 triksikham, 3 Somchee Witham 4, Kulchir at Thititham 4 Wasedat chakonthamtham 5 by organizing the study based on the principles of career development. There are education and career development for youth and people, which is a study that combines the formal education system, and informal education to be able to improve the quality of life across the lifespan.
