บทคัดย่อ
ข้อมูลที่ผ่านกระบวนการวิเคราะห์หรือที่เรียกว่าสารสนเทศ ถือว่าเปน็ สิ่งจำเป็นที่สำคัญยิ่งในการนำไปสู่การพัฒนาองค์กรให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลยิ่งขึ้น สถาบันพระบรมราชชนกซึ่งมีหน้าที่หลักในการผลิตและพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพให้แก่กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ จึงมีการประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภายนอกจัดทำระบบสารสนเทศขึ้นเพื่อให้มีรายงานครอบคลุมทุกมิติของการใช้งาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการรายงานข้อมูลให้แก่กระทรวงสาธารณสุข สภาการพยาบาล สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยที่รับวิทยาลัยในสังกัดเข้าเป็นสถาบันสมทบ และหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นการลดเวลา ลดความซ้ำซ้อน และได้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องครบถ้วน สามารถนำมาใช้ในการตัดสินใจในการบริหารและพัฒนาองค์กรได้อย่างตรงเป้าหมายและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยให้ชื่อว่า Praboromarajchanok Institute Executive Information System (PIEiS) ประกอบด้วย ระบบสนับสนุนงานบริหาร ระบบสนับสนุนการผลิตบัณฑิต ระบบสนับสนุนงานวิจัยและวิชาการ ระบบสนับสนุนการบริการวิชาการและการทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม และระบบสนับสนุนการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา รวมทั้งแฟ้มประวัติบุคลากร สถาบันพระบรมราชชนกได้มีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศมาโดยลำดับ ซึ่งในปัจจุบันสามารถใช้ระบบต่างๆที่พัฒนาขึ้นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถนำมาใช้ในการตัดสินใจด้านการบริหารต่างๆได้ในระดับหนึ่ง แต่ยังต้องพัฒนาการจัดทำรายงานของระบบต่างๆให้สอดรับกับหลักเกณฑ์การประกันคุณภาพทั้งภายในและภายนอก
รวมถึงการประเมินเพื่อรับรองสถาบันขององค์กรวิชาชีพ

ABSTRACT
Data, and statistic of education on health through analyzed process, informationfor decision making, is crucial for feasible efficacy and effectiveness of leading organization development. The Praboromarajchanok Institute is responsible for big scale of educationand training by 35 Colleges all over Thailand under The Ministry of Public Health.The Institute needs to develop information system to updated information for organization decision making and development. Thus, the institute supported by one information system institute to set up information processing system to draw data from all level and division. The information system: Praboromarajchanok Institute Executive Information System (PIEIS) process and present country information to many organizations which need to used such information to their plan and missions. The organization which is employed the information system, were the Ministry of Public Health, Nursing Council,
Universities and Colleges related to health, University which College of Ministry of Public Health affiliated and other health organization. The information system benefit the institute for 3 focuses: minimize time, decrease redundancy, and facilitate higher quality of information completeness. The system is useful to mission completion, important for Executive decision making and organization development. Praboromarajchanok Institute Executive Information System (PIEIS) composed of 6 elements: 5 support systems and one document. The supports are 1) administration, 2) higher education, 3) academic and research, 4) academic service, art and culture, and 5) academic quality assurance. One document is human resources record. The system is continuously developed. Currently,
the system is useful for effective decision making. At this stage, the system, however,need to develop the report form of these support systems for both inside and outside of the Colleges Quality Assurance Reports both as evidence based and report for evaluation form of professional accreditation.
