บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมแบบกลุ่มเดียว
วัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง (one group pretest-posttest design) เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรม
การเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเองของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลของพฤติกรรม
การเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเองของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการจัดการเรียน
การสอนโดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน และ 3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ต่อการจัด
การเรียนการสอนโดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน ประชากร คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่ 2 หลักสูตร
พยาบาลศาสตร์บัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยนานาชาติเซนต์เทเรซา ที่ลงเรียนรายวิชาสารสนเทศ
ทางการพยาบาล (Information in Nursing) ปีการศึกษา 2561 ทั้งหมดจำนวน 127 คน โดยเลือก
สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรม
การจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเองและแบบสอบถาม
ความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยายและการทดสอบค่า paired t-test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์มีพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง แตกต่างกัน
อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(p<.001) ซึ่งภายหลังดำเนินการตามโปรแกรม นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์
มีพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง สูงกว่าก่อนดำเนินการตามโปรแกรมทั้ง 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) การเปิด
โอกาสต่อการเรียนรู้ 2) ความคิดเรื่องของตนเองด้านการเป็นผู้เรียนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 3) การมีความ
คิดริเริ่มและมีอิสระในการเรียนรู้ 4) ความรับผิดชอบต่อการเรียนรู้ของตนเอง 5) ความรักในการเรียน
6) ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ 7) การมองอนาคตในแง่ดี และ 8) ความสามารถใช้ทักษะการเรียนรู้
และทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
ข้อเสนอแนะ การจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้แฟ้มสะสมผลงานสามารถพัฒนาพฤติกรรม
การเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเองของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงควรนำไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียน
การสอนภาคทฤษฎีทางการพยาบาลรายวิชาอื่นต่อไป
