JNAT publishes Biochemical Nutrition, Cellular and Molecular Nutrition, Community Nutrition, Diet and Health, Epidemiology, Food Composition, Food Product Development, Food Safety, Human nutrition, New Food Products, Ingredients and Technologies.

 The journals are available in two forms:

  1. Journal in print format: JNAT was first published in 1967 up until Issue 1 (January – June) of volume 53 in 2018 under ISSN 2586-8772 (Printed) and has ended in the print format.
  2. Journal in electronic form: JNAT has started the electronic format for Issue 1 of Volume 53 in 2018 under ISSN 2630-0060 (Online) onwards. The archived issues of electronic format start from Issue 1, volume 50 of 2015.
