ผลของโปรแกรมบำบัดครอบครัวต่อภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแล ในครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแล ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมบำบัดครอบครัว และ เปรียบเทียบภาระในการดูแล ของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมบำบัดครอบครัวกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัว และสมาชิกในครอบครัวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนเครือข่ายโรงพยาบาลสมุทรปราการ เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 30 ครอบครัว ได้รับการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติจากผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวที่ให้การดูแล ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน เป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 15 ครอบครัว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมบำบัดครอบครัว เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วย แบบวัดภาระในการดูแล ของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ซึ่งหาค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ครอนบาร์ค ได้เท่ากับ .94 เครื่องมือทุกชุดผ่านการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ทรง คุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน และวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยด้วย การหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วย จิตเภท หลังได้รับโปรแกรมบำบัดครอบครัว ต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมบำบัดครอบครัวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

2. ภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วย จิตเภท กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมบำบัดครอบครัว ต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to compare the burden among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients before and after received family Interventions program and to compare the burden among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received family Interventions program and those who received regular caring activities. The 30 families of schizophrenic patients under responsibility of Samutprakarn Hospital Network Health Center were purposively selected based on the inclusion criteria . These samples were matched pair to experimental group and control group, 15 subjects in each group. The experimental group received family Interventions program, the control group received regular caring activities . Instruments were family Interventions program, the caregiver burden scale, express emotion of family caregivers scale, knowledge of family caregivers test and knowledge of Schizophrenic Patients test. These instruments were examined for content validity by 5 experts. The reliability of the scales by Chronbach’s Alpha coefficients were .94. Statistical utilized in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results of this study were as follows:

1. The burden among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received family interventions program after the experiment was significantly lower than that before at the .05 level

2. The burden among family caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received family interventions program was significantly lower than those who received regular caring activities at the .05 level
