การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-Experimental Research) แบบสองกลุ่มวัดสองครั้ง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนต่อความสามารถในการดูแลบุคคลที่พึ่งพาของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่พาผู้ป่วยจิตเภท มารับบริการ โรงพยาบาลเสนา จำนวน 40 คน มีการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมที่รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ และกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนกลุ่มละ 20 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย เครื่องมือ ในการทดลองคือ โปรแกรมส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท เครื่องมือทั้งหมดได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน และหาค่าความเที่ยงของ แบบสอบถามแล้ว ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม ความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท เท่ากับ .98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบค่าที (paired t-test และ independent t-test)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความสามารถในการดูแลบุคคลที่พึ่งพาของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

2. หลังการทดลองพบว่า ความสามารถในการดูแลบุคคลที่พึ่งพาของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purpose of this quasi-experimental research was to study the effect of promoting perceived self–efficacy program on dependent care agency among caregivers of schizophrenic patients. The sample were caregivers of schizophrenic patients who were admitted in Sena hospital. Samples were 40 caregivers whom were purposively selected the twenty samples were assigned the experimental group as the others to control group. The experimental group received the perceived self–efficacy program from the researcher and the control group received the routine nursing care. The research tools used in this study are promoting perceived self–efficacy program , dependent care agency of caregivers scale, which was validated by 5 experts. The reliability of the questionnaires using Cronbach ’s Alpha coefficient of Alpha was .98 . t-test was used for data analysis.

Major findings were followed :

1. Dependent care agency among caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received promoting perceived self–efficacy program after the experiment was significantly higher than that before at p < .05

2. After the experimental, Dependent care agency among caregivers of schizophrenic patients who received promoting perceived self–efficacy program was significantly higher than those who received regular caring activities at p < .05
