บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการเผชิญ ปัญหาในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นเมื่อเกิดพฤติกรรมรังแกกัน 4 กลุ่มได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้ถูกรังแก กลุ่มผู้รังแกผู้อื่น กลุ่มที่เป็นทั้งผู้รังแกผู้อื่นกับถูกรังแก และกลุ่มที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมรังแกกัน

วิธีการศึกษา: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 - 3 จำนวน 391 คน จาก 2 โรงเรียนในจังหวัดเพชรบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมรังแกกัน และแบบสอบถามการเผชิญปัญหาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และสถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน แบบมี 1 ตัวแปร

ผลการศึกษา: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนการเผชิญปัญหาแต่ละรูปแบบในแต่ละกลุ่มของพฤติกรรมรังแกกันแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยกลุ่มที่เป็นทั้งผู้รังแกผู้อื่นกับถูกรังแก และกลุ่มผู้ถูกรังแกมีแนวโน้มที่จะใช้ การเผชิญปัญหาแบบหลีกเลี่ยงการแก้ปัญหา (แบบหลีกหนีปัญหา แบบเก็บกดไว้ภายใน และแบบโต้ตอบกลับ) และการเผชิญปัญหาแบบเข้าถึง วิธีการแก้ปัญหา (แบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหาและแบบแสวงหาการสนับสนุนทางสังคม) มากกว่ากลุ่มผู้รังแกผู้อื่น และกลุ่มที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมรังแกกัน

สรุป: พยาบาลและบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพที่มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบงานด้านสุขภาพจิตของนักเรียนสามารถนำผลที่ได้จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ไปใช้ในการส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีการเผชิญปัญหาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เมื่อเกิดพฤติกรรมรังแกกัน โดยคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างของกลุ่มที่ประสบปัญหาพฤติกรรมรังแกกัน
