Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง พฤติกรรมการกำกับตนเองความเชื่อมั่นในสมรรถนะแห่งตนของทหารที่เสี่ยงต่อโรคกลุ่มเมตาบอลิกซินโดรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กำลังพลทหารของกองบัญชาการกองพลทหารม้าที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ จำนวน 250 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 1 ฉบับ แบ่งเป็นสองตอน ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง การกำกับตนเอง และความเชื่อมั่นในสมรรถนะแห่งตน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความเสี่ยงเป็นโรคความดันโลหิตสูงมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 48.40 ส่วนการป่วยเป็นโรคแล้วนั้นพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างป่วยเป็นโรคเบาหวานร้อยละ 7.60 และพบว่า มีปัจจัยด้านพันธุกรรมเป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคเมตาบอลิกมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 73.20 คะแนนเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมรายด้านพบว่า การดูแลตนเองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 20.28, SD 3.12) รองลงมาคือ การกำกับตนเอง (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 14.18, SD 1.53) และความเชื่อมั่นในสมรรถนะแห่งตน ( = 13.92, SD 1.53) ตามลำดับ จากผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ทีมสุขภาพควรช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนให้ทหารที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อภาวะเมตาบอลิกซินโดรม ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการดูแลตนเอง การกำกับตนเอง และความเชื่อมั่นในสมรรถนะแห่งตน เน้นกิจกรรมการให้ความรู้ การรับรู้ ความคาดหวัง การฝึกทักษะ การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ เพื่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ เพราะการป่วยภาวะเมตาบอลิกซินโดรมส่วนใหญ่มาจากสาเหตุที่ป้องกันได้

Self Care, Self Regulation and Self Effcacy Behavior of Military Offcials who had Risk of Metabolic Syndrome

This exploratory research aimed to study the health behaviors regarding to self care, self-regulation and self- effcacy behavior of military offcials who had risked of metabolic syndrome. The sample composed of two hundred and ffty military offcials of King’s Guard, 2nd Cavalry Division. Purposive sampling method was used in this study. Data were collected by using a questionnaire which had two parts including of personal
information and 3-self health behaviors (self care, self regulation and self effcacy) assessment. The study results revealed that, the most of sample were at highest risk for hypertension (48.40%). Diabetes mellitus was a chronic disease in most of them (7.6%). Risk of metabolic syndrome caused by genetic (73.20%). The average scores of the health behaviors found that self care behavior had a highest average score (x = 20.28, SD 3.12 ) and self regulation (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 14.18, SD 1.53 ) and self effcacy (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 13.92, SD 1.53) respectively. The results indicated that health care provider should support the military offcials who have risk for metabolic syndrome. Recognizing the importance of self-care, self regulation and self effcacy behavior.
Focus on health education activities, perception, expectations, practicing skill and sharing experience to modify health behaviors. Because most metabolic syndrome is caused by a preventable cause.
