Abstract

This academic article aim to disseminate knowledge of development “Innovation : Coffee Kiwi” which the development of learning innovation is the learning method to develop both teachers and students on knowledge and skill in various learning methods. That can promote teachers to change their role from instructor into coaching. At the same time students was able to practice self-independent study, Blended learning and promoting classroom research. Nursing instructors of Community Health Nursing Department at RTANC applied in Health System and Health Promotion Subject (ANSB 101). They promoted 1st year student created innovation : Coffee Kiwi, that effect the desirable characteristic of graduate especially the nursing skill in self-independent study and become good citizen of Thai and world society.
